Our attention has been drawn to the fact that some network providers in Nigeria automatically subscribe users to (Do-not-Disturb) DND service without their consent. For this reason, many recipients complain they don't receive bulk sms messages.

To this end, we recommend you use the Corporate route if you want your bulk sms messages delivered to everyone regardless whether the person is subscribed to DND or not. Bulk sms messages delivery is guaranteed when you use the Corporate route. The pricing for Corporate route is 2 sms units per page.

However, if you wish to use the Normal route, ensure your recipients check their status.
