FINDING YOUR MESSAGE

What were you born to speak about?

Yesterday, we officially began our 360-day journey to becoming extraordinary speakers.

As I shared yesterday, you are already a speaker.

You don’t need to become one, you need to refine yourself.

Today, we begin with the most important question in public speaking:

What is your message to the world?

Every powerful speaker is built around one burning message.

Not many.
Not random topics.
One.

It is the message that only you can carry in the way you were designed to carry it.

If you do not speak it, you deprive thousands -sometimes millions of people who were meant to hear you.

Your message often comes from:

â–  The pain you survived
â–  The insight you earned
â–  The life you lived
â–  The expertise you built

For some, it is a painful childhood.
For others, a difficult failure.
For others, a breakthrough that changed everything.

Your story is not small.
Your survival is not accidental.

One of the greatest mistakes speakers make is sounding like everyone else.
The moment you lose your story, you lose your power.

How to Discover Your Message as a Speaker

Most people think their message is:

“What I want to talk about.”

That is wrong.

Your real message is:

“The transformation people experience after hearing you.”

We do not start with content.
We start with impact.

In the next couple of days we will cover some key practical steps to discovering your message.

TODAY- STEP 1

The Identity Wound (Your Emotional Origin Story)

Every powerful speaker is powered by something deep..

Oprah → not being seen
Tony Robbins → feeling powerless
Eric Thomas → poverty & abandonment
Les Brown → being labeled “mentally retarded”

Your message comes from the problem that refused to leave you alone.

Lets take this Exercise (this is uncomfortable — that’s how you know it’s working)

Write your answers to these three questions:

1. What frustrated me about life before I gained clarity?

2. What did I feel was unfair?

3. What problem do I notice everywhere that others seem to accept?

Now circle the emotion that appears the most:

Anger
Shame
Fear
Injustice
Powerlessness
Rejection

That emotion is your message fuel.

You do not speak from talent.
You speak from tension.

Tomorrow, we continue this journey of uncovering the message you were born to deliver.

Selling to Nigerians: It’s More Than a Transaction - It’s a Connection

When developing a product or service for the Nigerian market, remember this golden rule: Nigerians don’t just buy products we buy stories, values, and emotions that reflect our culture and belief systems.

To win our hearts (and wallets), your brand must go beyond features and pricing. It must speak the language of identity, the pride, ambition, faith, and resilience that define the Nigerian spirit.

Every message, design, and experience should feel relatable and authentic. Your product should not just exist in the market; it should live in the minds and emotions of your customers.

In Nigeria, sales happen when your brand becomes part of a lifestyle, a shared joke, a trusted recommendation, or a symbol of aspiration.

Don’t just sell to Nigerians - connect with them.
Because in this market, relevance is currency, and cultural resonance is your biggest competitive edge.

I am getting married to the love of my life....

This story long ooh... Just follow me small small Sha I go tell una everything...

How I met her...
Catherine and I crossed paths in 2019 during our high school days at GSSSS Jalingo. I remember the precise moment my gaze met hers; it was as if time stood still. Her elegance and grace mesmerized me instantly, and her radiant smile illuminated even the darkest corners of our classroom. I recall whispering to myself, "Wow, this girl is truly beautiful."

Love at first sight might always seem like an exaggeration, but the moment I set my eyes on her, every fiber of my being resonated with an inexplicable pull towards her. But I couldn't bring myself to tell her how I felt. In her presence, my words stumbled and my tongue tied itself into knots, rendering me unable to articulate the simplest of sentences. It was almost like a curse rendering me helpless around her. Our interactions were few and limited, with just occasional exchanges of glances in the school corridors or during extracurricular activities. My desires for her were eclipsed by an overwhelming fear of rejection, so I found myself in a silent world of unspoken words and unfulfilled dreams.

She didn't even know I existed. I can't count the number of times I trekked from NTA Jalingo to Tecnobat Mile 6 for months, hoping to catch a glimpse of her face as I walked past her house. My adolescent heart was overflowing with love, yearning for a connection, yet struggling to put my emotions into words. I just knew that there was something that connected me to her. She became the woman I was always thinking about.

Wonderman Digitals partners with The National Directorate employment (NDE) to train Nigerian Youths on Creative Digital skills.

It is with great joy that the management and staff of Wonderman Global Entertainment anounce a patnership between Wonderman Digitals and the National Directorate of Employement to train youths across Nigeria with various creative vocational skills.

This patnership willl allow us to explore employement and self-reliance opportunity within the digital and creative sector. The digital and creative sector has the potential to provide jobs for millions of youth hence the need to explore it potential as we work toward achieving President Mohammadu Buhari's vision of lifting 100 million Nigerians out of poverty.

While this is our first official patnership with NDE in the area of training, skill acquistion and promotion, it is definitely a spring board to a bigger collaboration both locally and internationally as we work towards building a ruburst ecosystem of learning and promoting creative skills in Nigeria.

As part of our effort to ensure a pragmatical approach to job creation we have launched a pilot project which is aimed at training 100 youths in FCT on film and television content production and promotion.

I want to specially acknowledge and appreciate Mr. Abubakar Nuhu Fikpo the D.G of NDE for his continuing passion toward seeking new pathway of creating employement and empowerment for the Nigerian youth and for allowing us the privilege to be his patners in progress. This patnership means alot to our young organization and our big vision. we hope to make Nigeria and indeed africa proud with this patnership.
