The Concept of The Democratization of Technology and Knowledge.
The approach spanning a millennium, leading to the year 2024 must have dynamically metamorphosized to attain a state of stability that when viewed from an unlimited array of perspectives the outcome is nothing less than that of appreciation, value, and then application. Democracy from this stand point then isn't necessarily the goal but the outcome of an already established intent broadly considered (beginning with ones scarce intentionally made existence), diligently and consistently engaged, in such that the outcome when associated with must be and only be related ultimately to the initial thought without context, that facilitates the ignition with regards the processes that would eventually lead to the outcome.
Take for example the Blender ( Car, Shovel, A.I, Refrigerator, light bulb, Education, knowledge, Nature, Computer, Internet, Toilet, and even the "human design"), the blender exists solely for one purpose, the intentional mincing of a specified group of inputs to facilitate the following outcomes; ease, convenience, efficiency, effectiveness, and applicability as well as the liquid, granular, powdery or semi solid state of the initial input (outcome) which when considered would determine the nature it's materials, shape, pattern and sharpness of the blade, the rotary motor, the lid, the handle, the regulator, the circuits, the wiring and the measurements of power........ and finally the scenarios with which such processes would span decades of repetition in existence across all qualities and quantities. The blender just existing reassures one of an outcome not because of the outcome itself but because of the consistency and unbending rule it engages to ensure it's purpose is achieved. Therefore "context" as a perception does not exist if truly the aim is indeed an intent that truly is beneficial to all with or without the consideration of the limitations of time, race, geography and history", hence the successful "Democracy of Technology and Knowledge".
