As an Independent Non-Executive Director at Union Bank and SUNU Assurances, Aisha has navigated the very regulatory and financial systems our investors need transparent access to. Her work at the African Development Bank and African International Bank (where she rose to Principal Manager) anchors her in the capital mobilization and development finance logic that NDIG operationalizes.

Aisha, we are honored to have you guide the integrity, transparency, and accountability standards that will define NDIG's Trust Centre. Nigerians abroad are tired of being treated like ATMs for remittances.
They want to invest. Build. Own something back home that doesn't require flying in every month to check if the land still exists.

But the gap between "I want to invest" and "here's how" is wide. And it's not a knowledge gap โ€” it's a trust gap.

That's what NAKACHI Consulting is closing.

We're building a direct line between diaspora capital and verified Nigerian real estate, mortgage, and SME opportunities โ€” with the documentation, legal clarity, and local accountability that makes remote investment actually work.

Not "send money to your cousin." Structured, trackable, institutional-grade participation in Nigerian growth.

If you're in the diaspora and serious about building assets at home โ€” or you know someone who is โ€” join the Nigeria Diaspora Investment Gateway WhatsApp group at https://chat.whatsapp.com/ENWCSPJxhUYLNPoAsNCuXA.

We're curating the first cohort now.

๐ŸŽ“ Delivered the Founders Day Address at Igbinedion University, Okada today. IUO is Nigeria's first private university.

I didn't go to celebrate 26 years of survival. I went to propose "๐—ง๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—จ๐—ป๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐—ถ๐˜๐˜† ๐Ÿฎ.๐Ÿฌ ๐— ๐—ผ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—น" โ€” 8 pillars to transform a degree-granting institution into a ๐—ž๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜„๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ด๐—ฒ ๐—œ๐—ป๐—ณ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ถ๐˜๐˜‚๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป:

1. Revenue & Resilience โ€” Endowments, research commercialization, corporate partnerships. Tuition dependence is existential su***de.

2. Excellence & Specialization โ€” Moratorium on new programs. Own 2-3 signature areas nationally.

3. Strategic Talent & AI โ€” Grow your own faculty. Deploy AI-assisted teaching. The "japa syndrome" is structural.

4. Infrastructure & Innovation โ€” Energy independence. Digital-first campus.

5. Governance โ€” Merit over nepotism. Transparency. Succession planning.

6. Innovation & Commercialization โ€” Marry indigenous knowledge to AI. Solar Center of Excellence. Patents.

7. Corporate University โ€” Serve the entire working population continuously. Executive education. Government training hubs. Micro-credentials.

8. Thought Leadership โ€” Specialization is the only sustainable differentiation in a 300+ university market.

Three hard truths:
โ†’ Every fracture in our ecosystem is a market opportunity for the strategically positioned.
โ†’ Stop treating education as business. Start treating it as nation-building infrastructure.
โ†’ "Access to AI for All" is cheaper and easier than most think.

My charge to government: Include private universities in TETFund research grants. Pause new charters for 5 years. Stop leaking billions in training contracts to foreign institutions.

Igbinedion University altered history by being first.

Now, let us build the future.

What remains is ex*****on.

I asked five HR professionals one question.

What could you do in the next 12 months to earn โ‚ฆ200 million each?

Silence.

These were not junior officers.
They were experienced HR practitioners.

Then it hit me.

Many HR professionals have studied the craft of HR.
But very few have studied the evolution of the profession.

Over the last century HR moved from:

Performance Planning โ†’ Performance Appraisal โ†’ Performance Management โ†’ Performance Engineering

Yet most practitioners are still stuck somewhere between recruitment and training workshops.

Meanwhile the workforce is changing.

Humans are no longer the only โ€œworkersโ€.
AI systems, automation and robots are entering the enterprise.

Which raises a blunt question.

Should Human Resources still be called Human Resources?

Or should the profession evolve into something closer to Capability Resource Management โ€” managing capability wherever it resides: human or machine.

If HR does not lead this conversation, someone else will.

Operations.
Technology.
Strategy consulting.

I should probably write a longer piece to push this discussion forward.

But the real issue is bigger than an article.

Nigeriaโ€™s HR leaders - and those from the rest of the world - should probably be sitting in the same room asking harder questions about the future of the profession.

I scheduled the RELENTLESS EX*****ON Seminar for January 10th on purpose.

The year had barely started. That's exactly the point.

The eBook from that session has taken on a life of its own.
Entrepreneurs are using it in group settings. Founders are sharing it across WhatsApp threads and boardrooms. People are reading it together because it does something most business books don't โ€”

It speaks their language.
Not consultant-speak. Not MBA theory. The exact words for what founders already see, feel, and know โ€” finally made precise.

I didn't plan for it to travel this far. I'm glad it has.

RX: RELENTLESS EX*****ON is an Operating System for entrepreneurs in a rapidly changing world โ€” built for the pace, pressure, and complexity of actually building something.

It's free. It always will be.

If it can help you, take it. If someone in your network is building something โ€” send it to them.

Stop Being BUSY. Start BUILDING.

Is your business growing, or just busy? Thereโ€™s a difference.

Busy is chasing every opportunity. Growth is executing on the right one.

Busy is endless meetings. Growth is a 90-day roadmap that your team actually follows.

On January 10, 2026, at the RELENTLESS EX*****ON Seminar for ๐Ÿ๐ž๐ฆ๐š๐ฅ๐ž ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐ž๐ฉ๐ซ๐ž๐ง๐ž๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌ, ๐ž๐ฑ๐ž๐œ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ฌ, ๐ข๐ง๐ฏ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐Ÿ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ๐ฌ, we are not talking about the theory of growth. We are installing the operating systems for it. This isnโ€™t for everyone. Itโ€™s for the leader who is tired of incremental gains and ready for a structural shift.

Here is a fraction of what you will walk away with the ability to DO:

1. DIAGNOSE REALITY: You'll learn the three-question diagnostic to reveal if your business can truly scale or if you're hitting a structural ceiling.

2. FIND THE BOTTLENECK: You'll learn how to identify and eliminate the one constraint that is keeping your revenue flat.

3. EXECUTE WITH PRECISION: You'll build a 90-day ex*****on roadmap that your team actually follows, not just files away.

4. MASTER THE HARD CONVERSATIONS: You'll learn how to have the difficult revenue talks with partners, investors, and team members that unlock growth.

5. CONDUCT AN AI AUDIT: You'll map exactly where AI will disrupt your business in the next 18 months and build a concrete action plan.

6. STRUCTURE HIGH-VALUE DEALS: You'll learn how to structure a co-investment deal with your networkโ€”without damaging relationships or leaving money on the table.

This is about building the kind of resilient, high-growth businesses that will power the National Productivity Agenda 2025-2035.

If you are ready to move from busy to building, this is where the work begins.

The Seminar is FREE but only by invitation, and almost all seats are literally taken. You can still try by clicking here:

Only available while seats last.

Africa's 50 Million Entrepreneurs Are Waiting for This Infrastructure

Over 50 million SMEs in Africa. They employ more people than all large corporations combined. They generate 50%+ of GDP. They're the true engines of growth.

And most can't access the capital they need.

The African Development Bank estimates SMEs face a $330 billion financing gap. That's $330 billion in unrealized growth, jobs, and prosperityโ€”because the financial infrastructure doesn't exist at scale.

Why traditional banking fails SMEs:
โ€ขHigh overhead makes small loans unprofitable
โ€ขCollateral requirements exclude informal businesses
โ€ขCredit scoring doesn't work for informal enterprises
โ€ขBranches don't reach rural areas

This isn't a failure of will. It's a failure of infrastructure.

The vision: Regional microfinance infrastructure that:
โœ… Reduces serving costs through shared technology platforms
โœ… Expands access via agent banking and mobile-first platforms
โœ… Improves credit assessment using mobile money transaction history
โœ… Enables cross-border credit tracking

The AfCFTA creates a market of 1.3 billion people. But SMEs can't access it without capital to scale, invest in inventory, or expand regionally.

The National Productivity Agenda 2025-2035 identifies SME productivity as the highest-leverage intervention for growth.

Microfinance infrastructure channels capital to entrepreneurs driving Africa's transformation.

Within 24 months, any SME should apply for loans via mobile phone, receive assessment in 24 hours, and access fair-rate capital without traditional collateral.

Close 20% of the $330B gap = $66B in lending, millions of jobs, billions in tax revenue.
