The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has engaged the service of EMMANUEL DE GREAT
LIMITED as Auctioneer to conduct a Public Auction of certain Vehicles and Generators.
AUCTION PROCESS:

* The items are to be sold “as is” and “where is” with no warranty expressed or implied to the highest bidders.

👉 NOTE: Interested Bidder must pay a refundable DEPOSIT/REGISTRATION FEE of One Million Naira only
(₦1,000,000.00) on Tuesday 28th July, 2026 to the designated account of the Auctioneer before inspecting
the items as PAYMENT ELAPSE SAME DAY by 4p.m! NOTE: Unregistered individuals will not be allowed to view
or bid. The money will be refunded to bidder who fail to win any Lot within 48hours after sale. BUT, will be
forfeited by winners who fail to pay for the Lot won. All sales are final.

1. The ICRC will not sell any item below its reserve price.

2. Physical Inspection will hold on Tuesday 28th July, 2026. From 10:00am to 4:00pm. While the
AUCTION SALE DAY is Wednesday 29th July, 2026. Time: 10:00am.

3. Venue: Mini CONFERENCE HALL of the Velodrome at MKO National Stadium, Abuja.

4. NON-FULL PAYMENT before the end of the exercise invalidates the sale.

5. From the date of the sale, Winner of each LOT will retrieve the newly acquired property after completing processing the custom duty.

6. CONDITION OF ITEMS: ALL ICRC ASSETS ARE IN WORKING CONDITION!

7. All ICRC ASSETS are “custom bonded.” The Representatives of the Nigerian customs will announce
the custom duty on the sale day. NO asset will be released to Buyer without the proof of custom duty..

🌎 The WORLD FOOD PROGRAMME (WFP) has engaged the service of EMMANUEL DE GREAT LIMITED to conduct a Public Auction of Vehicle and certain items in Abuja & Kano state.

~ 🗞️ AUCTION PROCESS:

The items are to be sold “as is” and “where is” with no warranty expressed or implied to the highest Bidders.

➡️ ©️ NOTE: To participate in the exercise, interested Bidders must pay a refundable DEPOSIT/REGISTRATION FEE of One Million Five Hundred Thousand naira only (₦1,500,000.00) to bid the Vehicle 🚙 and Three Hundred Thousand naira only (₦300,000.00) to bid other items 💻, from Tuesday 9th June, 2026 to Friday 12th June, 2026.
💸All payment must be made to the designated account of the Auctioneer.
The Payment period elapses at 3p.m on the last viewing day (Friday 12th June, 2026). 🔨

👥 Unregistered individuals will NOT be allowed to bid on any items.
The deposit/registration fee will be refunded to Bidders who fail to win any Lot within 48hours ⌚ after the sale. BUT, will be forfeited by Winners who fail to pay for the Lot won.
📍All sales are final.

1. The sales is open bidding method and it’s for the highest bidder basis. All sales are final and no refund or returns will be allowed.

2. INSPECTION/VIEWING: Physical Inspection/viewing of the items will hold in the two locations, Abuja and Kano. From Tuesday 9th to Friday 12th June, 2026.

3. 💵 AUCTION SALE DAY is Saturday 13th June, 2026.

🚦🏦Venue: The sales for the both states will be conducted in Abuja. At The Plaza, 23 Ibrahim Tahir Lane, Cadastral Zone B05, Utako, FCT.

4. 💰PAYMENT: A 50% down payment may be accepted on capitalized/high value items such as vehicle. The 50% balance payment must be made before 10:00am Monday 15th June, 2026. or the initial deposit shall be forfeited by winner.

✓ ®️ NOTE: Only bank transfer will be accepted. The Representatives of the Nigerian customs will announce the custom duty of “custom bonded” assets, and it will not be released to buyers without payment of duties.
