Tim Cook steps down as Apple CEO after 15 years at the helm
A new chapter begins at Apple.
After nearly 15 years leading one of the world’s most influential companies, Tim Cook has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer, with John Ternus taking over the role.
Cook will remain with Apple as Executive Chairman, while Ternus begins a new era of leadership at the technology giant.
Leadership transitions at this level are more than changes in titles. They raise bigger questions about succession, continuity, innovation and what it takes to lead an institution into its next chapter.
Congratulations to Tim Cook and John Ternus.
