He watched her walked passed like a man without looking his direction or any little show of courtesy in greeting and he watched her until she was out of sight then he became troubled in his spirit.

"Oh God, help me.. What should i do? I mean, how do I even go about this?" He asked thoughtfully and remained in that worried state for sometime before pulling himself together to return back to his study.

About three hours later, Deborah who had gone to the field to watch ball was returning back through the same route that leads Samuel Adams' family house which also connect to where she lives and on seeing her, Samuel felt the urge to share the word of God with her.

"Hello.. Good evening sister." He called out to her as she passed and she turned and looked at him holding bible then paused and stood there without saying a word to him.

"Please, can I have few minutes of your time, please?" He requested and she looked at him for some seconds then checked her time and decided to give him audience seeing that he probably wanted to share the gospel with her.

"Thank you for sparing me your time.." He said smiling at her as she walked over to where he was sitting under the flower tree but she didn't respond.

"Uhm.. I don't know you much but uhm.. My name is brother Samuel. I am a child of God and I live somewhere here but I usually comes out here to read and mediate because of the serene environment..." He went on talking and she stole an impatient look at him because of the unnecessary long explanations and stories he was telling instead of going straight to the point to share the gospel he wanted to share with her.

"I always see you coming and going out of the field on sport wears and I use to wonder who you are, you know.. Oh forgive my manners for keeping you standing. Please do take a seat.." He said with a warm smile as he offered her a seat.

"So, what's the name?
I'm sorry to ask, I hope you don't mind?" He asked, searching her unfriendly face.

"Debra." She replied politely without looking at him.

"Hmmm.. That must be Deborah if I am not mistaken, am I right?" He asked still wearing a smile but she was becoming fed up with his too many questions and talks but managed to answer him in the positive.

"Oh.. That's good! It's such a wonderful name. You know Deborah in the bible was such a great woman, so I strongly believe that you also, sister Deborah, you're destined to be a great woman. You're a star, a generational figure.." He went on saying so many great things about her and she turned and looked at him again as if to confirm whether he was a prophet who was prophesying or something.

"Yeah.. You're destined for greatness. You know there's something about the Deborah in the bible that made her unique from every other women in her time which turned her from an ordinary woman into a star so much that even men looked up to her.

I hope you don't mind if I share the word of God with you briefly using the story of Deborah in the bible..." He asked then went on to share the word of God with her without expecting a response from her as she looked intently into his eyes with all concentrations.

As he went on sharing with her how Deborah's close relationship with God was the secret of her success and greatness, he made her to understand that she also cannot succeed or become great outside God because her greatness in life is tied to no man but God.

He went on to explain to her that in the world, men would fail her, her strength would fail her, her beauty and skills would fail, even her parents can fail but only God is infallible and that He watches over all those who loves and fear Him to do them good and bring His good plans and purpose for their lives to reality.

"Well, you might say you love the Lord and you fear him but do you have a close relationship with Him, do you know and have Him personally in your life as Lord and Saviour?

Can God confidently affirm that He knows you and that you're His child in whom He is well please? Is your life and all your dreams and aspirations targeted at making God happy or just for your own happiness...?" Samuel went on and those words hit Deborah's heart as she realized that she had been living and planning all her life to herself and not to the glory and satisfaction of her creator.

"As long as Deborah was just comfortable in a relationship, just being called a wife, her life made no sense in the entire nation.

As long as she was just comfortable in her career as a judge, she remained a local champion and even her prophetic grace was underused but the day she rose up to obey God's call, she became a national figure, a general, a star and an institution that people from all walks of life, from different tribes and tongues are still studying today.

Check your life sister Deborah, could it be that you're still living for yourself and not for God? For how long are you going to continue to live for yourself..?" Deborah broke down at this point and began to sob as she felt a deep remorse within her that she have not been living to make God happy.

"Perhaps you would love to make peace with God and dedicate your life to Christ to be your Lord and Saviour, I would be glad to lead you to Christ. If you wish to do so, give me your hands let's pray together..." He said stretching out his hands to her and she responded by giving him her hands as she wept and he gladly led her to Christ....

Jay professed his undying love to me several times but I couldn't accept to be his girlfriend because I wanted to stay focused in my football career yet he didn't give up in his chase.

Shortly after I got expelled from the academy, I couldn't continue squatting with someone because life became difficult for me.

I made up my mind I was returning back to the village but didn't have enough money to transport me home, so I decided to do some laundry jobs for rich homes and save some money for my transportation.

Jay noticed my absence at the academy and was later told that I got expelled from the academy because I disrespected the coach. He came looking for me until he found me.

I told him my plans of relocating back to the village but he reminded me that I had a future of becoming a star which cannot become a reality in the village then promised to help me achieve my dreams by becoming my personal trainer.

He offered also to support me in securing an accommodation and assist me financially but I was afraid he might also change like my first coach but he promised that he would never take advantage of me by demanding for s*x.

I appreciated him and accepted all the helps he was willing to offer me but in the process, I fell helplessly in love with him. I became his girlfriend and our love relationship blossomed as we were both happy in the relationship.

Jay trains me five days in a week, takes care of me and we goes to virtually everywhere together but I never visited his house until after one year when he began to press on me to come with him and know where he lives to which I refused several times because my father warned me before he died never to visit a man's room alone and I had kept that principle all my life until Jay came into my life, won my heart and I had to break the principle by honoring his invitation to his house.

By this time, he already knows everything about me and my family, he had even spoken with my mother over the phone several times and assisted in paying my mother's medical bill when she got hospitalized.

He was from an average family but had rich uncles who spoiled him with the money coupled with the tips he receives from training people and that's where he gets the money he spent on me and for good two years, we were happy together in the relationship to the admiration of his friends.

Through his connections he linked me up with a female football club which I started playing for and gets little stipends as rewards but i was later nominated to play in an upcoming international female football games organized to be held in eight months time, but unlike other girls who were already into the system, I didn't have green papers.

Jay took up the responsibility as he felt that was going to be my one time opportunity of achieving my dream career. He contacted one of his uncles and started the processing of my papers immediately.

My love for him increased by each passing day and we both agreed to get married the following year; my joy knew no bound. But then I started noticing some changes in him towards me which I tried make excuses for as a normal chemical reactions that happens between lovers when they are together but I only got worse by each passing day.

Whenever I visits his house, he touches and holds me in s*xually suggestive ways and I always tried my best to disentangle myself from such touches and holds until one fateful when he got so furious because I was always turning him off and won't even allow him to kiss me.

He was my boyfriend and I truly loved him from a sincere hear and in as much as I was turning him off from touching or holding me in a s*xually suggestive manner, I felt for him deep within me.

I felt the fire in his eyes, looking at his desirous lips which were obviously hungry for a deep kiss,I could hear the beating of his heart and saw the desire in his eyes to have me in his arms. I felt the same way towards him and also wanted all of that too but I had a principle to maintain.

My principle was to live a celibate life and abstain from s*x until my wedding night.

Yeah, i wasn't a religious person but I know the difference between sin and righteousness and of course I learned quite early from my father that premarital s*x was not just a sin against God but also a sin against my own body and I decided I was going to maintain chastity till after marriage.

But here is my boyfriend whom I love, who meant so much to me, the only brother and friend I had in a strange land who understands everything about me, who knows when I am happy and when I am sad and could give his very last card to make me happy desiring to have a feel of me.

"Why is it that you don't always want me to touch you, are you not my girlfriend? What's wrong with just a little touch?

After all the things I have been doing for you, have I asked for too much trying to touch my woman?
Not even a kiss have I gotten from you ever since we started this relationship and very soon you will be travelling out of the country, what then would become of me if you get there and get hooked up with another guy?" He flared up at me that evening and that was the first time I was seeing him get angry with me.

I tried explaining to him that I would never leave him for another man and that I was still a virgin and wishes to keep chaste till after our wedding but he wouldn't listen to me.

"You think i am a fool right?
Listen, if you truly love me, prove your love to me by allowing me access to your body, after all we've both agreed that we are getting married next year..." He was still talking when I interrupted him pleadingly.

"Jay, please don't do this..remember this was the same reason why i left my former coach and you did promised me that you will never try to take advantage of me by demanding for s*x.." I was still begging him when he dropped the bombshell.

"Listen to me, Debby. If you are not giving it to me, forget about this relationship and your papers too, I will seize them too because it's obvious you don't love me as much as I do and there's no point spending on someone who says she loves me but doesn't." He said with a tone of finality .

"Jay, please don't do this to me. Are you calling off our two years relationship off because of s*x?

Jay...this is my career you're trying to kill, please don't do this.." I was begging him but he turned his back on me with a determined face as I begged him in tears, thrown in between the deep blue sea and the devil whether to give in and save both my beautiful relationship and my career or maintain my principle...

Will Debby give in to his demands?

My name is Deborah Williams but my friends calls me Debby Games.

I love football, I eat football, I dream football, football is my hubby and my dream is to become a female football star.

It all started when I was barely 9years old. I played football with boys in school and when I return from school, I drop my school bag and sneak out of the house to the field to play football with my mates.

I happened to fall in love with football so much that i could miss my food, even my favorite food just to go and play football with my friends.

The love for football was more than food to me and nothing else mattered when I am on the field with a ball.

"Deborah that's your ball!!" Our game Master always shout out to me during our school inter house competitions and once I hears his voice cheering at me, I practically goes gaga with the ball, the star inside me rises with my morale going high until I scores the goal.

My mother tried severally to stop me from playing football and many times, she came to drag me out of the field and beat me up with warnings never to see me on the field again but nothing changed; I continued to sneak out of the house to the field.

It continued that way until my mother became tired of beating me and decided to let me be.

As I grew up from my childhood through the adolescent stage to my youthful stage, I grew up resembling a boy. My constant exercises as young footballer transformed me from my feminine nature into a masculine stature.

I walked like a boy, goes around with boys and behaved like a boy. I was a happy person because football gives me joy and I could give anything for the sake of my love for football.

I featured in an inter - State female football competition for my state and scored the three major goals that earned my state the cup and this attracted many people's attention to me.

Our local government chairman who was in attendance at the interstate competition promised to speak to the state government to send me on a free scholarship to a football academy where my potentials can be properly improved through professional trainings and fully harnessed to become a female football star but after some months, I never heard him nor the state government.

After my secondary school education, a popular female footballers' coach in the city came and took me along with himself to the city with the promise to train me to become a football star and for two years, he paid my house rent at the academy.

He provided all my daily needs while training me in the female footballers academy until when he started making s*xual advances at me and demanding for s*x in return for all the things he was doing for me.

I refused his demands and he expelled me from the academy and stopped catering for my needs. But before then, I met a guy in the academy who wanted me to be his girlfriend.

His name is Jay.
He's cute, calm and caring and I really liked him...

HOW TO BE CONVINCED ABOUT THE RIGHT PERSON TO MARRY - By Fayanju Deborah

Good morning lovelies 💗

There's a question for me to answer from my inbox but I'm gonna answer it here so that others may have a clue about it.

So here is the question: "Please ma...wanna ask... how do you know you are convince about someone?" from anonymous.

Choosing the right person to marry is one of the most important decisions we make in our lives.

Being convinced about the right one for you to marry is a task which should be carried out carefully. This requires a spiritual attention and a physical attention.

First, WHAT IS CONVICTION?

Conviction in a godly way is the believe and confirmation from God that a particular sister or brother is the right one for you in marriage by hearing a positive confirmation and answer from God through revelations. The revelation may come in various ways.

WHAT ARE THE WAYS GOD WILL REVEAL YOUR PARTNER TO YOU?

The way you will hear the confirmation from God about who you should marry which is conviction is not through logic.

You can't think it or assume it yourself, and you can't argue it with God. This is the whole raw truth, if not you are just deceiving yourself because you can't guess and say you are convinced. No!

To be convinced is to hear from God.
It is divine, it has nothing to do with human understanding or arrangement: human arrangement e.g blind date, contract relationship, infatuations etc

Until you hear from God conviction is divine and not logical... I repeat you don't guess for yourself but it is God that give a "YES" you can only decide.

SO HOW DO YOU HEAR THE "GO AHEAD" FROM GOD?

Before this time that you want to be convinced about who to marry; how was your relationship with God? You should have been hearing from God before this time. You should know the channel God speak and communicate to you before this time.

For example before I got convinced God do communicate with me through open and close vision, I do hear from Him through a solemn and soft voice, He communicates with me when I am praying, the Holy Spirit intercede for me in my prayer from my prayer points I grab information about my life and what's going to happen in the nearest future through this channel too.

I can discern that is if God want me to have a knowledge about someone or something (mere looking at someone's picture I will be shown every deals I need to know) So these are the ways God communicate with me even before I have to carry out the task of been convinced about my future partner.

How do you hear from God?

Yours might be through dreams or trance or other ways. Even God might have been communicating with you from ministrations (you know yourself, God might have been communicating with you when a man of God is ministering and you grab those revelations as the word kept coming from your pastor or evangelist. Sometimes you even jot those prophecy down) this is through teachings.

All things made beautiful... You have to discover how you hear from God before you take the step to receive confirmation from God about who to marry.

With the above how do you hear from God? 🤔

It will be so good you know the medium through which God communicate with you.

He may speak with you through objects e.g signboards, utensils, clothes, animals, trees etc. Discover yourself!

How can you discover the way God speak with you?

You discover yourself with God by moving closer to Him and forsaking the world then your spirit man can be activated to hear from God. Do this it is very necessary.

And secondly after you separate from the world, now you are a friend of the Lord. You need to thirst to hear from God which means you need to ask and pray to hear from God.

Say, "Father speak to me in the manner I will understand, I want to hear from you. I am speaking with you Lord answer my request I want to hear from you. In any manner that I will understand speak to me I am ready Lord to hear. I surrender to hear from you..."

Make sure you fast and pray about this repeatedly and always put it in your everyday prayer request until you start hearing from God in anyway you discover afterwards (vision, trance, dreams, audible voice, solemn voice, discerning spirit, interceding and prophesy etc)

Now that you have discover the way God communicate with you;

WHAT NEXT? 🤔

Conviction will be so easy afterwards because you now know the channels God do reveal things to you.

Prayer is the next thing.

In knowing the mind of God you have to ask that you might receive from Him, knock that He might open the door for you and seek God that you might find Him.

Hence prayer is the master key. 🔑

This is the first step after you are ready and can take up responsibilities in marriage.

Ask God to reveal the right person to you and don't forget to ask for a confirmation of God's approval after you have received a "YES" from God or God has reveal the person to you.

After the Holy Spirit has revealed the person to you, you have to put the Holy Spirit in condition but requesting for another confirmation.

For example test the spirit like this:
"if this person is truly the one for me has you have revealed to me Holy Spirit I want you to reveal it to him and he should come to propose." (This is good most especially for ladies).

Holy Spirit I want you to prophesy this among multitude of people... I want to hear this confirmation again from your vessels among your people (I am like this o... lol)

So God love us He will always prove Himself.

So the above is the spiritual attention. You have to give your inner man the attention for a true conviction.

Now that you have confirmed yourself allow men of God to pray on the union for you... if you so desires. The spirit of God is one. I am on this 😊

But first confirm yourself don't be lazy. I use to be lazy before but now trust me I have been awaken to confirm for myself first before I hear another confirmation from people of God. I bless God. 🙌🏽

The second one is physical attention: Like one of my mentor will say, "everything is not spiritual."

After the spiritual attention you should give your conviction a physical attention which means after you have confirmed from God that the brother or sister is the one and you have both agreed (Amos 3:3) then you have to study yourselves. You have to get along with yourselves and know each other more. Become friends, ask questions, know what he/she like and dislike.

In general, come to the conclusion: Can I live with him/her? Are we complimenting? Can we resonate in character? Can tolerance be exercise with him/her? If you get more than 50% in the physical attention after the spiritual attention then I am saying congratulations to you.

But note you should never cease from praying. Pray that God reveal your future together to you the more. Pray together as an intending partner in courtship and never cease praying when you eventually walk down the aisle. Pray without season 😊😊

People tend to be generous when sharing their nonsense, fear, and ignorance. And while they seem quite eager to feed you their negativity, please remember that sometimes the diet we need to be on is a spiritual and emotional one.

Be cautious with what you feed your mind and soul. Fuel yourself with positivity and let that fuel propel you into positive action.

The song, which is a song of faith, acknowledges change also reaches out to God to see us through the changing shares of life. We may not know what tomorrow will bring but the good news is that we know the One who maker and controls tomorrow! So friends as a beliver trust in Him who knows tomorrow from yesterday. Shallom.

You can give without love but there is no way you will love without given. Let somebody say thank you in this season of sharing. God is Love. The issue of most men been irresponsible and by themselves contributing to failed marriages and broken homes has been a concern. The religious setting and tradition has produce little or no help. The church need to educate the men also as they do to the women to build their homes and not to pull it down. Parents also have their responsibilities in building up male child who will be husband in future. What do you think of a home where boys are forbid to sweep, wash plates or tidy up the rooms even cooking. When they are 18 and above they can not eat and clear the table its the duty of the girl so they say. Some even coarse the younger female ones to obey them. They talk any how without regards to femininty. All these and more the parents applaude because "man is the head". Let us train up our male child to honour the female gender and to be a good future builder not only business but home as well. Charity begins at home and it does not end there. Success in business and in ministry but failure at home or in marriage is living life with a vacuum and its tantamount to failure in life. It takes two to build a home and make our society better.
