22 years.

That is how long Arsenal waited
to lift the Premier League trophy again.

Not 22 days.
Not 22 weeks.
22 years.

And in those 22 years
they did not disappear.
They did not quit.
They did not decide that because the trophy
kept going to someone else
it would never come to them.

They kept building.
They kept showing up.
They kept competing.

Three times in the last three seasons alone
they finished second.

Second place.

Not far.
Not out of contention.
Close enough to touch it —
and still not quite there.

In 2024 Manchester City beat them
by a margin of just two points.

Two points.

Do you know how easy it would have been
to walk away from that?
To conclude that the universe
was simply not on their side?
To accept second place
as the highest they were capable of?

Most people would have.

Because most people
measure their potential
by the result of their last attempt.

Arsenal did not.

They looked at the near miss
and saw not a ceiling
but evidence that they were close.

That the work was working.
That the process was producing.
That if they stayed the course
stayed faithful to the standard,
stayed committed to the building,
stayed in the arena even when it hurt

The day would come.

And on the 19th of May 2026
22 years after their last title
the day came.

Declan Rice said it best
"I told you all. It's done."

Not "I cannot believe it."
Not "finally, after all this time."

I told you.

The confidence of a person
who never stopped believing
even when the result had not yet arrived.

I want to speak to someone today
who is in their second place season.

You have been working.
You have been building.
You have been close
and it keeps going to someone else.

The business is not yet where you imagined.
The breakthrough has not yet come.
The recognition has not yet matched the effort.
The result has not yet caught up
with the process.

Do not walk away.

Process is not failure.
Process is the road.

And the road has a destination
but it only delivers you there
if you stay on it.

Arsenal did not win in spite of the 22 years.
They won because of what the 22 years built in them.

The resilience.
The structure.
The depth of a team
that had learned how to compete
under every kind of pressure
the game could produce.

That is what waiting with purpose builds.

Not just the trophy
but the character worthy of holding it.

Your result is coming.

Not if you stay the course.
When.

Stay the course.

And to every Arsenal fan
around the world and across Nigeria

Congratulations.

You waited with faith.
You cheered through the near misses.
You never stopped believing.

This one is yours.
Every single year of it.

Yesterday I told you something was coming.

Today I am telling you what it is.
When it is.
And why you cannot afford to miss it.

AIM — AI Mastery for Effective Performance
is happening on the 5th of June 2026.

And I want you in that room.

Not because of hype.
Not because of trends.

Because what we are going to do together
on that day is practical, real, and immediately useful
the moment you walk out of that room.

Here is what AIM is built on

Right now, the difference
between the professional who is thriving
and the one who is struggling to keep up
is not talent.
It is not even hard work.

It is the ability to use the right tools
at the right level.

AI is that tool for this generation.

And AIM is not going to make you aware of it.
You are already aware.

AIM is going to make you competent with it.

The kind of competent that means
you leave that room knowing exactly
how to produce better documents,
communicate with more clarity and authority,
make sharper strategic decisions,
and lead with greater focus and intention.

Every single day.
From that day forward.

This training is built for

School owners who want to run
their institutions at a higher standard.

Business owners and entrepreneurs
who want to operate with the precision
that this economy demands.

Managers and team leaders
who want to lead their people
more effectively.

Professionals who refuse to be left behind
while the world around them moves forward.

If that is you
this seat was built for you.

Date — Friday 5th June 2026
Time — 10:00am
Venue — Highgrade International Schools Mararaba, A*o

To register call or WhatsApp
0806 375 3209

Seats are limited.
This is not a large auditorium event.
It is a focused, intimate training session
designed for people who are serious
about their performance.

When it fills it fills.

Make the call today.

Tag someone who needs to be in this room.
Because the person you tag today
may thank you for the rest of their career.

See you on June 5th.

Right now
somewhere in your industry,
in your city,
possibly in your own field

someone is producing in one hour
what used to take you a full day.

Not because they are smarter than you.
Not because they work harder than you.

Because they learned something you have not yet.

And the gap between you and that person
is not closing on its own.
It is widening.
Quietly. Daily. Without announcement.

This is not about AI being a trend.
Trends come and go.

This is about a fundamental shift
in how work gets done,
how decisions get made,
how documents get written,
how leaders communicate,
how businesses compete

And the people who understand this shift
are not waiting for the right time to learn.

They are already moving.

I have spent 13 years
watching performance gaps develop
between people with the same talent,
the same opportunities,
the same resources

And the gap always comes down
to one thing.

Who upgraded their tools
and who did not.

AI is the tool of this generation.

Not to replace your thinking
but to make your thinking
more powerful than it has ever been.

Better documents.
Sharper communication.
Stronger decisions.
Clearer leadership.

That is not efficiency.
That is effective performance.
And there is a difference.

I built something to close this gap.

It is called AIM
AI Mastery for Effective Performance.

Not an awareness session.
Not a feature walkthrough.

Genuine, practical competence
the kind that changes
how you show up every single day.

Something is coming.
And you need to be in the room!

A mathematics teacher in Oyo State
went to school to teach Nigerian children.

He was abducted alongside his students and colleagues.

And then he was beheaded.

I have sat with this news for a while
before writing anything
because some things deserve silence first
before they deserve words.

To his family
there are no words adequate enough
for what you are carrying right now.

But please know that this nation
sees your pain.
We grieve with you.
His life mattered.
His sacrifice in that classroom mattered.
And his memory will not be forgotten.

To the students and staff still in captivity
we have not stopped thinking about you.
Come home safely.

Now I need to speak plainly.

This is not the first.

In February this year,
over 160 people were massacred in Kwara State.
In March, 28 people were killed
in Plateau State in a single night.
Kidnappings. Beheadings. Village raids.
Farmers killed on their own land.
Worshippers attacked in their own mosques.
Children stolen from their classrooms.

This is not a region-specific problem anymore.
This is a national emergency.

And a national emergency
requires more than press statements
and condolences from officials.

It requires action.
Sustained. Coordinated. Accountable action.

To those in authority
the people of this country
are not statistics on a security briefing!

They are fathers.
Mothers.
Teachers.
Children.
Human beings who deserve to live
without fear of being killed
on the road to work,
in their homes,
or in a classroom.

The economy cannot grow
in a country where people are afraid to move.
Businesses cannot thrive
where investors are afraid to come.
Children cannot learn
where teachers are afraid to teach.

Security is not separate from development.
It is the foundation of it.

And to every Nigerian reading this

2027 is coming.

When that moment arrives
do not stay home.
Do not say your vote does not count.
Do not hand your future
to the indifference of your absence.

The people making decisions
about the safety of your children
and the economy that feeds your family
are put there by votes.

Your vote is not just a civic duty.
It is an act of self-preservation.

Research. Discern. Choose wisely.
And show up.

Because the Nigeria we want
will not be given to us.
It has to be demanded
at the ballot box,
in our communities,
and in the standard we hold
every leader accountable to.

Rest in peace to every soul
we have lost to this senseless violence.

Nigeria must be better than this.
And it starts with all of us
refusing to accept that it cannot be.

I have sat with parents who are genuinely proud
that their 8-year-old can operate an iPad
better than they can.

And I understand that pride.
I really do.

But I have also sat with those same parents
two years later
wondering why their child
cannot hold a conversation,
cannot concentrate for more than five minutes,
and struggles to solve a simple problem
without reaching for a screen first.

We bought them the device.
We forgot to build the mind.

A phone does not teach a child to think.
It teaches them to scroll.

A tablet does not develop patience.
It removes the need for it.

A laptop does not build character.
It just gives a child
more sophisticated ways
to avoid the things that actually would.

I am not against technology.
I use it every single day.

But I have worked with enough young people
to know the difference between a child
who was raised with technology
and a child who was raised on it.

One uses it as a tool.
The other cannot function without it.

That difference does not start with the device.
It starts with what we invested in
before we handed them the device.

The conversations we had.
The books we read together.
The problems we made them sit with
long enough to figure out on their own.
The discomfort we allowed
instead of always handing them
something to make it go away.

The device is not raising our children.
We are.

And the most important thing we can give them
has no screen, no battery, and no Wi-Fi.

It is a trained, curious and resilient mind.

One of the biggest problems today is that many people now measure their worth through the internet.

Few likes?
Mood changes.

Low engagement?
Self-doubt begins.

That is dangerous.

The moment your confidence depends on validation from strangers, you slowly lose your identity.

Not everything needs to be posted.
Not every achievement needs applause.

Real confidence is built through growth, discipline, competence, and self-awareness — not algorithms.

Some people are loudly visible online but deeply insecure offline.

Learn to build quietly.
Grow quietly.
And believe in yourself even when nobody is clapping.

Because true confidence is internal, not digital.
Have a productive week!

We are raising a generation with unlimited access to information but limited depth of understanding.

People can explain trends.
Repeat headlines.
Quote podcasts.
Summarize motivational videos.
Use big words from social media.

But when it is time to think deeply, solve problems, communicate clearly, or apply knowledge practically, many struggle.

Why?

Because exposure is not the same thing as understanding.

This generation consumes information at an alarming speed.

Thirty-second videos.
Fast opinions.
Short clips.
Quick takes.
Endless scrolling.

The mind is constantly entertained but rarely trained.

And that is dangerous.

Because intelligence is not measured by how much information you can repeat.

Intelligence is revealed by:
• how well you think
• how deeply you understand
• how clearly you analyze
• how wisely you apply knowledge

Today, many people are becoming mentally overstimulated but intellectually underdeveloped.

They know a little about everything,
but lack mastery in anything.

Attention span is shrinking.
Deep reading is declining.
Critical thinking is weakening.

Many people now struggle to sit quietly and study one thing deeply without reaching for distraction after a few minutes.

That should concern us.

Because a society filled with shallow thinking becomes emotionally reactive, easily manipulated, and intellectually weak.

Wisdom has never been about speed.

Real understanding takes time.
Reflection.
Observation.
Study.
Experience.

A person who watches 200 motivational videos but never develops discipline has only consumed noise.

A person who reads leadership quotes daily but cannot manage emotions under pressure has not developed wisdom.

Knowledge becomes powerful only when it transforms behavior.

And that is what many people are missing today.

We must raise a generation that does not just consume information,
but understands it deeply enough to build, lead, solve problems, and think independently.

Because in the future, the people who will truly stand out are not those who know the most.

It will be those who understand the most.

One of the greatest enemies of long-term success is the addiction to immediate comfort.

Many people now want fast results without process.
Quick money without structure.
Visibility without development.
Success without sacrifice.

Everything must happen instantly.
And that mindset is quietly destroying discipline.
Instant gratification trains people to prioritize temporary pleasure over permanent growth.

That is why many people struggle with consistency today.
Reading feels stressful.
Learning feels slow.
Building feels tiring.
Patience feels outdated.
But scrolling endlessly for hours?
That feels easy.

Unfortunately, life does not reward comfort the way social media does.
Anything valuable takes time to build.

Strong character takes time.
Real wealth takes time.
Competence takes time.
Trust takes time.
Mastery takes time.

Many people are sacrificing their future stability just to satisfy their present emotions.
Buying things to impress people.
Avoiding difficult conversations.
Choosing entertainment over development.
Running away from discomfort instead of growing through it.

And over time, the habit becomes dangerous.
Because when a person becomes emotionally addicted to ease, discipline starts feeling like punishment.

That is why some people never reach their full potential.
Not because they lack talent.

But because they constantly choose what feels good over what builds growth.
A seed does not become a tree overnight.
Even nature understands process.
Yet many people want extraordinary results while living with ordinary discipline.
Learn to delay gratification.
Learn to endure process.
Learn to make decisions your future self will thank you for.

Because every time you choose growth over temporary pleasure, you are building a stronger version of yourself.
And in the long run, disciplined people enjoy the kind of peace careless people keep chasing.

16/05/2026

Many people think reputation is built only during big moments.
Public appearances.
Major achievements.
Important meetings.
No.

Reputation is built quietly.
In the small things.
The consistent things.
The unnoticed things.
The way you talk to people.
The way you handle pressure.
The way you keep your word.
The way you behave when nobody important is watching.

People are always observing.
Your attitude is speaking.
Your consistency is speaking.
Your discipline is speaking.
Even your absence is speaking.

And over time, these small repeated behaviors begin to form an image of who you are in the minds of others.

That image becomes your reputation.
The dangerous thing is this:

Many people focus too much on appearance and too little on character.
But image can attract people temporarily.
Character is what keeps respect alive long term.

A person may look professional publicly and still be known privately for irresponsibility, dishonesty, poor attitude, or lack of integrity.

And eventually, reputation always catches up with reality.

This is why wisdom matters.
Because opportunities often enter through reputation before competence is even tested.

Some people are recommended in rooms they have never entered because their consistency speaks for them.

Others are avoided quietly because their behavior has already travelled ahead of them.
Never underestimate the power of small habits.

Being punctual repeatedly builds trust.
Being reliable repeatedly builds confidence.
Being respectful repeatedly builds influence.
Reputation is not built in one day.
It is built daily.

And sometimes the painful truth is this:
People may forget your words,
but they rarely forget how consistently you behaved.
Protect your name.
Protect your standards.
Protect your integrity.
Because whether you realize it or not,
your reputation is already introducing you before you arrive.
