PROJECT MANAGEMENT APPROACH

In order to effectively manage our projects, we have put in place strong project management discipline which we enforce at all times to align work streams to the overall objective of the project as well as ensure that delivery of the required quality is achieved as at when due.

Gate & Shield Global Concept limited is a Company incorporated in Nigeria with expertise in Metal Fabrications (Gate, Grilles, Railings etc.), automation, access/perimeter intrusion control; CCTV and supply of general security devices. The Company is also involved in metal works of all

Building construction from start to finish.



We have very strong relationship with our technical partners – Grande Forge (FRA), Centurion Systems (SA) and Oaks Associate (UK). This has given us an edge in our chosen field. Our Iron Fabrications are made from quality wrought and standard gauged strong metals to provide our

client with tastefully looking finishing that will add aesthetic value and at the same time ensure functionality and durability. We are currently building a

state-of-the-art factory in Abuja, which will produce near perfect metal fabrications.



Our gate automation and Barrier systems gives you the benefits of security, convenience combined with up to date home accessories.



We provide internet protocol CCTV that gives the convenience of viewing your premises from any part of the world

through the internet or even on your phone.



Our perimeter intrusion Control is packaged inform of electric fence with inbuilt alarm system thereby keeping off

unwanted visitors.
