WhatsApp has become an invaluable tool for business owners, especially when it comes to providing evidence in client disputes. If a client expresses dissatisfaction or claims that the delivered service differs from what was agreed upon, you can easily search through previous chats to trace the origins of the contract.

For instance, a client once contacted me to get her business name registered. After we agreed on the terms and she made the payment, she provided the required details, and I began the process. When I submitted the name for reservation, it was denied because a similar name already existed. I immediately informed her and asked her to come up with a new name, as the original one could no longer be used. She quickly suggested a few random names, but I advised her to take her time because whatever name was registered would become her brand identity.

The next day, she sent me another name. I asked if this was her final choice, and she said yes. Before proceeding with the reservation, I asked again for confirmation, and she again responded with a firm "Yes." I went ahead with the process, and when the certificate was ready, I sent it to her. However, instead of the expected satisfaction, her reaction was one of dismay—she claimed that this was not the name she wanted to register. I was shocked.

To clarify, I traced back our previous chat and showed her that she had indeed given me permission to proceed with that name. Her response was that she had only given me the name as a joke. That was how the matter came to an unfortunate end.
