IN SUMMARY: HYBRID COMPENSATION PLAN ( 6 WAYS TO EARN INCOME)
1. Retailing. It involves direct selling. In here, you will enjoy your 25% discount of all the products. For example, 1 blister pack or box of C247 can be purchased at our center in the amount of N3,838 and you can retail that in the amount N5,108 giving you an income of N1,270.
2. Direct Referral Bonus. For every person who registered under you as sponsor, you are entitled to a referral bonus of N1,900. This will automatically be credited to your account upon completing the registration process of your recruit.
3. Sales Pairing or Matching Bonus. We employ the binary system of recruitment. You have left and right sales force. Every time there is a pair, you will receive a matching bonus of N5,700. We are allowed only 16 pairs a day or a minimum income of N91,200 per day (16 pairs x 5,700). The 17th pair for that day is considered a flushed out and it will be an income of the company. This is the company’s safety net; the way to earn income.
4. Unilevel Sales. This meant every sales of every position directly under you (your own downline) you are entitled to 10 percent of their total sales value credited to your own sales value, and everyone below that up to the tenth (10th) generation – you are entitled to 5% of their total sales value.
5. Stair Step (Overriding Commission). Aside from the unilevel sales, a distributor will get an overriding commission once his or her rank is promoted. Hence, for every rank there is a corresponding overriding commission assigned and requirements.

· Gold Executive 100 Global Packs 20% + 5% Unilevel.
· Silver Executive 10 Global Packs 10% + 5% Unilevel.
· Distributor 5 % Unilevel.

She dropped out of high school and graduated from beauty college at 17 years old and got married that same year. How many folks do you know who say they don't want to drink anything before going to bed because they'll have to get up during the night.

Heart Attack and Water - I never knew all of this ! Interesting.......
Something else I didn't know ... I asked my Doctor why people need to urinate so much at night time. Answer from my Cardiac Doctor - Gravity holds water in the lower part of your body when you are upright (legs swell). When you lie down and the lower body (legs and etc) seeks level with the kidneys, it is then that the kidneys remove the water because it is easier. This then ties in with the last statement!
I knew you need your minimum water to help flush the toxins out of your body, but this was news to me. Correct time to drink water...

1. retailing or selling of products= you will get 25-50% profit on all products. we have a standard price of selling the products
2. direct referral bonus the company will give you $11 for each person who wanted to join in the business under you example, if u have 4 friends who wanted to join the business and you are their sponsor, then you will get $44 in your account and you can withdraw it on your atm
3. matched sales bonus- for every pair of persons who officially joined the business under you, you will be given $33.. the rule of the pair bonus is left plus right equals to $33.. 1 person from the left plus 1 person from the right you will earn $33
4. commissional sales- you will earn 10% of the sales of all the persons under you.. each product has codes.. these codes are the points of each product.. everytime you encode the product on your name, you will get additional 10% of it the same when the people under you encode theirs too
5. stairstep income- since the product has codes, these codes that will be converted into points will be accumulated.. if u reach 10 group points, you will be ranked as Silver executive.then you will have another additional 10% commission of all the sales of the people under you until infinity if you accumulated 50 group points, you will be ranked as Gold executive..then you will get 20% commission of all the sales of the people under you until infinity if you accumulated 1000 group points, you will be ranked as Global Ambassador. you will get 30% commission of all the sales of the people under you until infinity if in case any person under you has been ranked silver executive first than you, then you will also be automatically ranked as Silver executive the same with him
