There is a story from East Africa that will inspire you if you read it now.

It reads:

Every morning on the Serengeti Plains of Africa, a gazelle awakens. The gazelle knows that in the day ahead, he must run faster than the fastest lion if he wants to survive.

And, every morning on the Serengeti Plains, a lion awakens. The lion knows that he must run faster than the slowest gazelle if he wants to eat that day.

The moral of this story is that, whether you see yourself as a gazelle or a lion, when the sun comes up everyday, you’d better be running or risk running out of your desires.

But you have an unfair advantage.

One unfair advantage you have is that the great majority of people aren’t aware that they are in a race. They are simply strolling along. They don’t understand how competitive our world is today, and they don’t realize how important it is to win.

πŸ’‘Every day, we wake to a race before us. We better be in terms with this truth or risk dying behind our potential?

What we could be, do and have, where we could be and the people we could experience depends on how we treat life as a fight.

First, fight within. And, second, fight without. However, the fight within wins the fight without.

My real enemy is my inner-me...

YES!

Fight within is fight against your personal indiscipline and procrastination and common sense. Yes, common sense.

Common sense is defined as ability to identify old patterns in current circumstances and ability to relate (accordingly) the experience of the memory.

In Prodways 2026 Productivity Alliance, there's a rare opportunity to learn the soft skills of winning in the 21st century. Skills that no academic classroom offers.

You will also have access to private productivity coaching and consulting throughout the year in the same package.

Message "YES PA" to me now to take the remaining few slots.

Wisdom is a weapon.

Thanks for reading.

Once you figure out that sales is about helping people decide and not convincing them to buy, you won't try to convince anyone anymore.

Read this now if you really want to up your sales game.

Once you understand this, you'd stop chasing people who don't want what you're offering. You'd stop pushing when someone says no. You'd stop discounting to win deals that were never going to work out.

Convincing means you're selling them something they don't actually need. Every objection is just a question you need to answer not a barrier you need to push through.

πŸ’‘The best sales people I have met don't convince anyone to buy anything. They ask questions. They listen. They explain how it works. The right people say yes, and the wrong people say no. Both answers are fine.

Sales is not about Convincing. It is about asking the right questions and helping them decide.

Wisdom is a weapon.

Number 17 will shock you.

This is one of my best shots at getting you in the way of ultimate productivity, no matter the time.

Please don't rush over this piece. You can save the post and come back when you can digest every flesh of it.

Let's goπŸ‘‡

1. "You Need the Perfect Plan Before You Start."

That's a lie!

No plan survives first contact with customers.

I had a foggy vision when I started Prodways Consultants -- clarity came from experimentation and iteration.

You must start. Build. Measure. Learn. Review. And repeat.

2. "You Must Be Passionate About Your Product."

I am devoted to empowering founders, not just the courses and community.

You must build your business around a mission that drives you, not around a particular product.

Product is the vehicle. Mission is the journey.

Products come and go, but a deep-seated passion for your mission will sustain you through every season and with any value-adding product.

3. "Raising Money Is the Only Path to Success."

That too is a lie.

I have never chased investors. But my value has consistently attracted sponsors and genuine investments from people I least expect from.

Chasing investors distracts you from serving customers and building a real business.

The best investment comes from satisfied customers.

4. "You Need a World-Changing Billion Dollar Vision."

Begin with a clear mission and a solid business model, then scale responsibly.

Aim to solve real problems for real people.

Profitability is better than world-changing.

Focus on creating real value, not inflated valuations.

5. "You Need a Perfect Product Before Launching."

That's a lie!

The first version of any company who later changed the world was improved on. Till now, software companies still urge us to update to their improved, next versions. What they tell us is that; the version we got before was not the best.

The entrepreneur's job is to deliver real value to customers, at every level.

Get your product in front of customers ASAP and rapidly iterate based on real feedback.

πŸ’‘Launch now. Refine later.

6. "You Need To Chase Thousands of Customers To Build a Real Business."

When I started Prodways Consultants I served a core group of 50 true fans exceptionally well on WhatsApp. Now we receive people from every platform, all over the world, joining our programs and calling in for a talk.

The truth is, 1000 true fans can build you a N1B+ business.

Focus on going deep, not wide.

7. "You Need a Unique, Never-Before-Seen Idea."

That is a big fat lie!

Google wasn't the first search engine, Uber wasn't the first ride-sharing service - they executed well and took over the market.

Focus on unique value and customer experience, not the uniqueness of the idea.

Novelty is overrated. Believe me.

8. "You Need To Be in Lagos or Abuja to thrive in Nigeria."

How come I've seen a good number of people who build something great from a small and none-popular town.

Leverage the global talent pool and digital tools to build from anywhere.

Success isn't zip code dependent. Groundbreaking ideas transcend geography.

9. "You Need To Be an Extrovert To Be Successful."

Lie!

I'm an introvert who prefers deep conversations and alone time to recharge.

In fact, being an introvert is the reason I chose to be a writer.

Lean into your natural strengths and build habits to manage your energy and focus.

10. "You Need To Focus Solely on Profits."

Some of my most successful decisions were optimized for impact and mission over short-term profits.

Build a values-driven business. When a lot of people are hinged to your value, profits will be the natural result.

11. "You Need To Own and Control Every Part of Your Business."

That is another lie.

Strategic partnerships and leveraging existing platforms have been force multipliers for my growth.

πŸ’‘Collaboration will beat competition everyday. Focus on your unique value and partner for the rest.

12. "There Is Only One Path to Success."

Lie!

The truth is; adaptability is a startup's greatest competitive edge.

Get a vision, hold it and stay flexible on the path.

Regular reflection and pivoting are essential. Entrepreneurship is not a straight line, truth be told.

Hold plans so you can seize new opportunities.z

13. "You Need To Be Ruthless To Succeed."

I learned this truth recently the hard way.

I have consulted with many people and businesses who dealt with me with no mercy, and provoked me to emulate them.

Then I almost lost everything I represent.

Some of my biggest breakthroughs have come from prioritizing empathy and adding value, over profit and ego.

You must treat people with respect and generosity - you never know where it may lead.

14. "You Need To Work 80+ Hour Workweeks."

Soft lie...

Working more hours decreases your productivity and decision-making abilities.

Rather, do 4 hours of deep, focused work on your highest-leverage tasks daily - the rest is often busy work.

Don’t confuse motion with progress.

15. "You Need To Say Yes to Every Opportunity."

That is a lie!

In fact, every yes is a no to something else. For me, I evaluate opportunities based on my values and goals.

Focus is a competitive advantage - do a few things exceptionally well.

16. "You Need a Massive Social Media Following."

A smaller, engaged audience of ideal customers is more valuable. I can tell you this from experience.

I focus on providing value & nurturing relationships, not chasing vanity metrics.

Again, it takes just 1000 true fans to provide the foundation for a thriving business.

Quality > Quantity

17. "You Need an MBA To Build a Successful Company."

Massive lie.

I don't have a business degree - I studied topics I loved and learned by building real businesses.

Entrepreneurship itself is the ultimate hands-on education.

πŸ’‘Curiosity, practical experience, and mentorship are the best teachers.

18. "You Need To Do Everything Yourself."

I automate everything I can and delegate the rest to a carefully cultivated team of specialists.

Try not to do a task more than 1-2 times yourself before systematizing and delegating it.

Systems run the business, and people run the systems. Hinge everything into the system and take your time somewhere else.

19. "Building an Empire Means Sacrificing Health and Relationships."

Lie!

Neglecting exercise, sleep, and loved ones is the fast track to founder burnout.

I manage my energy, not just my time, because health and relationships are the foundation of productivity.

there are a few other lies. But let me drop my ink here.

Which of these lies resonate with you?

Wisdom is a weapon.

Thanks for reading.

11/08/2026

Most successful people are not really more successful than the rest of the population. And, most failure people are not failure, in the larger scheme of things.

This one-minute read will better reorient your understanding of life and better equip you for success. Read it now, not later.

First off: if many of the people we tag failure had the opportunities and the environment and the resources that those we tag successful have, they would be yet more successful than the so called successful. The world is unnecessarily mean to the lowly. From how we classify them, to how we treat them, to even what we alot them.

I'd like you to pause and think with me for a few seconds: many people we tag failures are either just less privileged, less exposed, less (or wrongly) trained, less resourced, or both, not failure, not poor. Swap their place with those you call great and their magic would shock you.

I have seen and been with some of the richest guys our planet could produce but with no proper opportunity to scale their rich character or rich anything they have.

πŸ’‘Rather than conclude on people and disdain them, find out what they may be lacking and give them a congruent helping hand, even if you can't. There are some very hard working, very smart, very loyal and very resourceful people who are a hand away from success.

Be the hand to someone's next level, not the next frustration.

Second off: if you take away the blessings (the background, the environment, the opportunities, the resources) that most successful people have, they would be worse than those they call failure.

Don't look down on anybody you think is lesser than you, and don't give any man the glory that is due God; because, you see, you think in your head that he's a success and you're not. Life is not like that. Life is rather a matter of time and chance.

Everyone is a success (yes, like that) in respect to the resources and opportunities and time and environment at their disposal.

Third off: if you're blessed with the blessings of a leveraging background, a fair environment and empowering opportunities, you must rise to the occasion and get on the very top of your game, else, you're a bigger failure than those who can't provide for their family.

Every blessing is a spring board to a higher mark or your possibilities.

Last off: you're blessed wherever and however you find yourself. What you need now are the discipline to build your life forward and the courage to dare to the next level, from where you are.

Most of those you call successful and great and mighty started from a lower place than yours, but only with the kind of discipline and courage you lack, still, they managed to rise to their current heights.

I'd strongly recommend you join Prodways 2026 Productivity Alliance to learn the discipline and courage to take your life to the next level from wherever you are right now.

Message "YES PA" to me now to step on this rare offer.

Wisdom is a weapon.

Thanks for reading.

The less someone understands what you do, the more they pay for it. Read this now and increase your chances of closing every lead.

Let me give you an example. Two lawyers, same case and same experience. One sits down with the client and explains everything, every clause, every detail, every process, he has to do to get the job done.

The other looks at the file and says, "I'll handle it." And somehow, the second one charges twice as much and the client trust him more.

This is what I believe is happening; the moment you start explaining everything, the client starts thinking he hired a teacher, he stops thinking, he hired an expert. And, nobody pays premium for a teacher.

I have lost a lot of deals because of trying to please the client with oratory. That's why you should believe me.

πŸ’‘The highest paid people I know sound calmer and shorter. The client is not buying your words, he is buying a problem he doesn't have to think about again.

This should help you or someone in your network if you share it.

Wisdom is a weapon.
