DON’T BUILD A BRAND ON A NAME YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED. 🚨
There are many entrepreneurs building businesses with names they have never registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
The painful part?
That name might already be registered by someone else.
Or someone could see the work you are doing, notice how much you are building and publicizing the brand, and simply go ahead to register the business name before you.
You can be sued for using the name.
