We are a team of seasoned and disciplined professionals that render Environmental management and Public health services in the forms of training, consultancy and research to private, multinational, government and non-governmental organization.
EM & PH Consult is underscored by the inter-relationship that exist between these two critical components of our society. At EM & PH Consult, we see public health more as an integral part of society that is not free from the cares of the environment. MISSION STATEMENT
To equip our Environmental and Public Health professionals with cutting-edge technology, training/capacity building, improve strategy and research to enable them empower and impact positively on our local communities.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVE
• To improve and promote high-quality, cost effective public healthcare delivery system in our communities through evidence-based public policy.
• To carry out and promote quality training and research aimed at identifying health promoting/disease prevention strategies through stakeholders engagement, information sharing, education and communication.
• To create a sustainable environmental condition through our regular monitoring and evaluation of potential environmental risk and also enlighten our communities on best practises.
• To promote professionalism through capacity building trainings and research thereby improving the competent of stakeholders.
OUR APPROACH
To achieve these broad challenging tasks, our Environmental Management team engage our clients in regular training, monitoring and evaluation exercise, which provides us with reliable and accurate data that can be used to develop and implement effective waste management policy and strategy documents.
Our consultancy team engage in a wide range of technological and social scientific measures which broadly covers three areas namely: health, environment and behaviour. This approach is aimed at providing our team with in-depth knowledge and evidence of the impact of these various factors that interfere with the Environmental and Public Health of the society.
Our Environmental Management/ Public Health interventions program and research are well formulated using baseline information as the basis of our action. Also we ensure that our interventions and programs are well tailored/implemented using a technically and economically viable method in line with necessary regulations and global best practises.
Our Public Health approach is anchored on Prevention, thus we engage in training, monitoring and evaluation, advocacy, research, policy and strategy as a way of combating the various public health challenges.
