We had our initial take off in the State of New York, U.S.A in 1980 and two (2) years after, we launched our Nigerian operations in 1982. te security practice. We were incorporated in Nigeria on 30th of March 1994 with registration number RC 242181. Emis International Security Services Limited was licensed by Federal Government of Nigeria to operate private security business on the 5th of December 2007, following fresh government requirement for those in civil security business. MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE
Emis International Security Services Limited management is led by Elder Emmanuel Moweta – an administrator and seasoned security expert. He was educated at St. John’s University in the State of New York, U.S.A, where he obtained both his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in banking and finance. He has also received trainings in the field of security and a Diploma programme at the prestigious Global School of Investigation also in the United States. Elder Moweta brings his over thirty (30) years experience in private security practice, into management. JOSHUA ONYEDILI: Our Principal Manager, a University of Nigeria Nsukka trained Social Scientist with specialized training in Criminology. He is also a beneficiary of several trainings organized by both private and governmental organizations. He oversees the day to day running of the company and directly responsible to the Managing Director. IYASELE OYALI JOHN: He is the Chief Security Officer of Emis International Security Services Limited. He is a retired police officer, well trained during his 35 years in service in Crime prevention, Investigation and Administration. He is actively involved in intelligence and security training of our guards along side with the Civil Defense Corps. OPERATIONS
This Department caters for our field activities. It is well equipped with men and materials. The Principal Manager, Admin Manager, Chief Security Officer and Supervisors are well trained to respond to the needs of our clients. To make their work easy, vehicles, motor bikes and modern communication gadgets are provided.
