This is not the first time we've been tasked with such or even more taking ones and we pulled through with loads of lessons learnt hence ....

I will be doing a documentary on the challenges we have faced as a cleaning and facility maintenance agency.

But here's one of the major lessons I have learnt.

📍Don't let someone else's "loudness" about his or her Success make you feel yours is nothing.

You could be cleaning one shop, running one small business, or raising one child—if you show up fully and deliver consistently, THAT is success.

During our periodic capacity-building session, housekeepers serving at Immaculate Heart of Mary Hospital Nkpor-agu reinforced why hospital cleaning remains one of the most detailed and critical aspects of housekeeping and janitorial services. It demands strict infection-control procedures, meticulous attention to high-touch surfaces, proper chemical handling, regulated waste segregation, contamination prevention, and uncompromising hygiene standards, all essential to safeguarding patients, staff, and visitors while sustaining a truly safe healing environment. We also detailed on the importance of cleaning machine handlings with practicals. Hospital Cleaning is the most detailed aspect of Housekeeping as it directly and indirectly connected with the health of People.
