Earlier this year, I had the opportunity to be invited as a speaker at the monthly Inner Circle Summit, organised by House of Success.
I got invited to speak about two to three times, and during those periods of interaction, something became very clear to me.
My audience was largely young people — some already in business, some navigating ministry and leadership responsibility, and others just trying to make something meaningful of their lives; basically people who didn’t want to waste their potential.
That experience did something to me.
It pushed me to take the matter of community building seriously.
I had technically started building a community around 2023, but if I’m being honest, I wasn’t giving it the attention and intentionality it deserved.
But after those interactions, I knew I couldn’t keep treating it casually.
So I began hosting live sessions and conversations, engaging more deeply with people.
And during those sessions, I discovered something else.
A lot of people were struggling with the same foundational issues:
✓ They are working hard but unsure if it’s the right direction. Some are working hard but have little or nothing to show for it. More like classic “Monkey dey work babbon dey chop” experience.
✓ They actively consume content (books, courses, sessions) and invest in learning, but struggle to translate knowledge into tangible results.
✓ They have skills and experience, but don't know how to position, package, monetize, or convert with them effectively.
✓ They have the vision, crazy ideas and you know this feeling of having been called to do more?? but then, they have no framework to execute even at the basic level and no structure to sustain the expected growth.
✓ They started businesses with the usual optimism and energy (expecting to become like the Otedolas or Dangotes soon or just have a fairly decent life), but currently feel stuck and it's largely due to marketing, sales, and customer retention challenges.
✓ They start projects but struggle to finish. It's almost like there is this internal struggle and battle that goes on with themselves, often causing them to pivot prematurely when they encounter the first real challenge or resistance, or when they just get bored of the idea generally. Thus, they're repeating the same cycle again and again.

I tried to answer as many questions as I could during the live sessions, but it became obvious that these answers shouldn’t just live in conversations.
They needed to live in a structured, well-thought-out material.
