The benefit- something that aids or promotes well being.

Let me tell you a short story relating to this.
John walked into an office to inform them about the new insurance policy made by his company,
John said, Good morning guys, I would like to inform you about the new insurance policy by my company, this policy is for family, individuals, you get to pay a thousand dollar per month, you get access to this by signing a paper and I will drop it tomorrow for interested people, he left.
3 hours later another sales rep for this company came by without mentioning the insurance policy first, he enlighten the workers talking about their needs, he addressed a need for an insurance policy as a worker and family man or woman.
The closer and closer you get to the end of this post, the further and further you know the reason why your conversions are low.
He said for this reason because of people like us sitting here today so so company made a new policy which suits us better, here are the forms, he hasn't mention price o, I hope we noticed this, 20 people filled the form immediately base on the information given, because of the money, 5 people were unable to pay immediately, 15 sales was made within 20 mins of giving product information out focusing mainly of benefits.
