There is a path to growth! One thing is certain, the path to growth doesn't have a one-size-fits all formula. In other words, growth is relative.

One counsel I have come to adhere to even in the path to self development and personal growth is this: "YOU DO NOT HAVE TO REINVENT THE WHEEL" except of course, there's no wheel in the first place. Lol

The statement above simply means you can and should replicate what already works in the area of growth you have your focus on.

For example - in the last couple of months I decided to focus on healthy beard growth, instead of trying different formulas hoping one would work, I simply consulted the beard oracle who already has achieved good success at the game of thrones, I mean beards, Duhh! 😜

Well, I'm taking his advice and implementing them and you bet my beards look healthier and richer now.

My point is, in that area of growth you are embarking on, find a mentor, a guide, a coach or whatever relevant to your growth needs and just follow the format that already works.

In the timeless words of Archbishop Benson Idahosa of blessed memory to Pastor Benny Hinn, "The man you should listen to is the man that has done twice successfully what you're trying to do once!". I heard those words years ago and it improved my attitude to growth.

LEARN TO OPTIMIZE.

Optimization in entrepreneurship refers to: "Finding an alternative with the most cost effective or highest achievable performance under the given constraints, by maximizing desired factors and minimizing undesired ones." You will always be faced with unfavourable conditions as an entrepreneur or a focused career person. What would separate you from the pack would be your ability to OPTIMIZE.

Don't gripe about how the money at hand isn't enough, find an alternative means to still get the job done.

If you need to learn and add another skill to your skill set whether it's photography, video editing, coding or whatever.. Learn it and Optimize for your business.

Growth is deliberate and strategic.

If you're optimizing, it means you're growing.

Dear CEO/Entrepreneur,
Every day may not be pay day. You may not always close that million dollar deal you chased for six months.

Sometimes you may actually lose some money and it would have you really bothered and sad.

Your clients or customers may cheat on you even when you have offered them the best deal.
I could go on and on, BUT that's not the purpose of this post.

Dear CEO/Entrepreneur, always keep in front of your eyes and your minds eye the reason for why you started that business or company in the first place.

Always POINT TO IT like I'm doing in that picture.
Don't attend a pity party by what people say to you and how they define success.

My brother said and I quote "Critics are good, but not in the case of a dream they never understood"

Be your motivation, get in the company of fellow entrepreneurs who aspire and inspire for greatness.

The problem you might be facing with increasing your profits or income could be solved in a healthy chit chat with a mentor or fellow entrepreneurs who gun for success.

There's no joy on social media to accommodate people spilling out their problems and having a pity party.
