SMA Donates ₦40 Million, 3 Sharon Buses to Support APC Ahead of Council Elections

As part of preparations for the November 1st Council Elections, the Deputy Chairman, House Committee on Finance, and Member representing Bida/Gbako/Katcha Federal Constituency, Rt. Hon. Saeed Musa Abdullahi, SMA, (Gwarzon Nupe), today donated ₦40 million and three Sharon buses to support the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidates, party structures, and campaign councils across his constituency.

Speaking at the APC State Secretariat in Minna, Rt. Hon. Saidu commended the Governor of Niger State, Rt. Hon. Mohammed Umaru Bago, for his steadfast support in ensuring a hitch-free and peaceful election, as well as his unwavering commitment to the party’s success as the leader of the party. He also hinted at his forthcoming empowerment programme, which he said would hold soon.

In his remarks, the State Chairman of the APC, Alhaji Aminu Musa Bobi, expressed deep appreciation to the lawmaker for his consistent support to the party and assured him of the party’s continuous cooperation and participation, especially during the planned empowerment exercise.

The donation comprises ₦5 million to the State Party, ₦1 million to the Zonal Party, ₦5 million to each Chairmanship candidate, ₦1,000,000 to each Vice Chairman, ₦250,000 to each Councillor, and ₦2,500,000 to each Campaign Council.

The Federal Constitutuency has three Local Government Areas with 34 Wards with each LGA having a Campaign Council

The lawmaker assured the State Chairman of his commitment to the party’s growth at all levels.

The Zonal Chairman of APC Niger South Senatorial District, Alhaji Shuaibu Ibnu Ahmed Yamini, and the State Welfare Secretary of APC, Hon. Idris Wakili, also expressed gratitude for the donation and prayed for the continued success of the Lawmaker

FARMER GOVERNOR UMARU BAGO CELEBRATES ETSU NUPE ON HIS NEW APPOINTMENT AS THE ROYAL AMBASSADOR OF THE WPRF-ABUJA 2026.

Farmer Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago congratulates the Etsu Nupe and Chairman of the Niger State Council of Traditional Rulers, Alh. Yahaya Abubakar, on his appointment as the Royal Ambassador of the World Public Relations Forum (WPRF), Abuja 2026.

In a message, through his Chief Press Secretary, Bologi Ibrahim, the farmer governor says it is an appointment well deserved, considering the remarkable impact the royal father, who is also the Coordinating Chairman of the National Council of Traditional Rulers of Nigeria, has made in strengthening traditional institutions and upholding cultural heritage.

He commended the NIPR for appointing the Etsu Nupe, saying the appointment will provide another opportunity for the traditional ruler to project Nigerian traditions and deepen international relations.

The farmer governor expresses confidence that the Etsu Nupe will excellently and successfully execute all that is expected of him before, during, and after the world public relations gathering in 2026 and make not only Nigerlites but also Nigerians proud.

He assures the royal father of his administration's continuing support as he carries out his new assignment.
