If I was job hunting in Nigeria in 2025, I'd do these 7 things;

1. Define roles and industries that I want to work in and what value I can contribute.

2. Use a simple, but effective CV format.

3. Update my LinkedIn; Headline, About and experience sections.

4. Reach out to hiring managers and persons in similar roles at targeted companies and industries.

5. Use credible online job boards to search for relevant roles weekly.

6. Connect with ex-colleagues and school mates on LinkedIn (reactivate my network).

7. Stay active on LinkedIn sharing my expertise and learning from others.
