For the entrepreneurs that have a vision and an idea but do not know how to actualize this vision and idea, this workshop will help you achieve this by generating a business model for your idea—what revenue streams can this idea generate and who, really, are my target audience.
For the business owners who feel there’s more to be achieved—more market to be reached, more products or services to offer, more customer centered approaches to business, this workshop will help you discover these new revenue streams and help you understand your customers better in order to create more customer centered products and services, and, possibly, discover new customer segments to reach out to.
For the business strategists, business and / or product developer whose job is to discover new trends, conceive and develop new products and ideas, this workshop will help you draw out roadmaps on how to actualize these new ideas and will help you discover who you need to partner with in terms of existing or potential investment decisions.
