Black Alfem Consulting is excited and looks forward to the end of the year, we are glad that we made it this far despite the challenges met this year.
We are happier that you are still going strong and we remain grateful for the tenacity and hope maintained this year.
BLACK ALFEM is determined to become a commercial consulting hub in all legal areas.
This year, we were able to assist people in the following areas;
• Consultation: This remains our essential reason for existing, and as stated above, we are strategically positioned to become the consulting hub for all legal matters and issues arising commercially, or otherwise. Amidst the challenges met in 2020, it is no doubt that we had one positive side to the “2020 tumult” especially in the way we carry on our business obligations. I choose to term it “ease of doing business,” most industries set up virtual offices and began building trust & communication virtually.
During this time, we have consulted for several companies and individuals, proffering legal solutions to arising legal issues/concerns. This advice is extensive and focuses on important sectors which include Real estate, Commercial, Corporate, Immigration, Agriculture, Investment, and Debt recovery processes.
• Due Diligence: Due diligence is what we believe in. We are particular about the success of our Clients especially in their investment portfolios, we hate to see people defrauded or tricked and so we put our best efforts to ensure that our client’s investment options are safe and well documented.
• Investment Options: Asides from Real Estate, we have given opinions of several other investments that can be explored and the ROI margins involved. Just recently, we partnered with an Agriculture company in the eastern region of Nigeria who recently began their farming experience from scratch. We had representatives on ground to ensure that all legality required for the sector was achieved. We also ensured that a seamless workforce/personnel was adopted to ensure a smooth operation on site. Safety measures were explored too and put in place for all personnel of the company.
• Debt Recovery: Recovering Debt this season can be cumbersome considering what we have just faced, that notwithstanding, we were able to recover debts for our client from their debtors.
• External Soliciting: This includes drafting, document reviews, tenancy matters, registration with FIRS, Company Incorporation, Business Registration, NIPEX/DPR registration, immigration matters, watching brief, JV, Partnerships, etc.
We were involved in legal activities and we recorded success in our ex*****on.
