Everyone is a leader in Cedar Recruitment. When I think of leadership, I think of a clear understanding of goals, purpose and the tasks at hand. I feel the need for a commitment and a readiness to make the required sacrifice and take the necessary actions needed to achieve and deliver on the goals. I also think of other things like a tendency to plan and organize, willingness to accept responsibility, capacity for own initiative, appreciation of communication and sharing, natural inbuilt drive and determination, appreciation of the need for singular focus and an affinity for performance. As CEO, one of my main task is to attract and retain great people. Leaders that understand the goals and are ready to make the sacrifices required to achieve our goals. Leaders who can take initiative and back it up with sufficient drive and determination. Great men and women who see the picture and understand the need to plan and organize their activities and have the zeal to pursue their plans with singular focus. Leaders to accept responsibility for the growth and performance of a part of the business and feel committed enough to do what it takes to grow and perform.
