Nigeria is really a crazy place when it comes to Real Estate , Hoteliers / Landlords increase their rents / Rates providing almost zero value that is equivalent to The increase , A Hotel of 25k per night sometimes runs out of power for few hours ( due to cost management ) with very poorly interior finishing , or are we to talk about the substandard cages some of this guys call Self -contain and then mention outrageous prices , well sometimes their Increase can be barely justified due to The price of building materials , one bag of cement Alone is 12k , others Excluded . ( shaa property investment return and business isn’t and can’t be the same )

Maybe the only future solution to this is for The government to provide mass housing ( won’t happen so fast ) . For now anyone who can’t provide to live within the metropolitan should just pack and move the the suburbs 💔🤧
