We ended THE LEAD MEN CONFERENCE 0.1 Day One on a HOT NOTE! 🔥

This was an intense, practical, and very necessary session. Because a great man takes care of himself.

WHAT WE LEARNED:
1. What is Personal Hygiene?
2. The Importance of Personal Hygiene - For health, confidence, and opportunities
3. Practical Session: How to deal with Body Odor & Mouth Odor
4. Cleanliness and Spirituality - Your body is the temple
5. Q&A Session - Our boys asked questions for over an HOUR and got clear, honest answers about their health

It was learning. It was laughter. It was transformation.
No topic was off-limits.

Thank you Dr. Divine for equipping our Shining Stars with knowledge that will serve them for life.

Professional Public Speaker & Life Coach.
A man who has been inspiring young people for over a decade. His wisdom and insight was on FULL DISPLAY.

WHAT WE LEARNED:
1. What is Character? - Who you are when nobody is watching
2. The Importance of Character in our daily life, decisions, and destiny
3. Character vs Competence - Skills will open doors, but CHARACTER will keep you in the room

It was more than a lecture. It was a session of character formation and impact.
Our teens left challenged to build both their name and their game

Sir Timothy broke down the 7 FACTORS THAT MAKE MEN GREAT:

1. A DEFINED VISION - Great men see before they arrive.
2. STANDARDS & VALUES - Principles that govern your life. No compromise.
3. RELATIONSHIPS & ENVIRONMENT - Build circles and spaces that enhance your growth.
4. ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT - Financial literacy. Make money, manage money, multiply money.
5. EDUCATION - The 5 skills of an educated man:
Ability to READ, WRITE, COMMUNICATE, THINK CRITICALLY, and PROVIDE SOLUTIONS.
6. HEALTH - Take care of your body. You can’t lead if you’re weak.
7. SPIRITUALITY - No man becomes great without honoring a spirit. As Christians, we honor THE SPIRIT OF GOD.

This is the kind of teaching every young man needs to hear OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

We left that room blessed, challenged, and refocused.

Yesterday, 19th July 2026 was POWERFUL!

We wrapped up THE LEAD MEN CONFERENCE 0.1 and also celebrated the birthday of our Patron & Founder, Center for Young People Development Sir Timothy Tochi Obiora. 🎂

The atmosphere was filled with GLOW, EXCITEMENT, AND IMPACT.

HOW WE SPENT THE DAY:
*Worship* that ushered in God’s presence
*Dance & Music Performances* that lifted our spirits
*Games & Fun Activities to keep the energy high
*Panel Discussion on _Life Purpose_ - Real questions, real answers, real wisdom.
This session was specially selected to honor our leader, Sir Timothy Tochi Obiora a man full of vision and running with a clear sense of PURPOSE.

We also enjoyed a wonderful time of refreshment as we fellowshipped together.

Thank you to everyone who made Day 2 and the birthday celebration a success.

We leave with full hearts and clear vision.

DAY 1: THE LEAD MEN CONFERENCE 0.1 - MASSIVE! 🔥*

Saturday, 18th July 2026 will go down in history!

For the first time ever, we hosted a conference 100% focused on the male gender — and God showed up big!

With over 110 TEEN BOYS in attendance, Day 1 was packed with impact, inspiration, and fun.

SESSION HIGHLIGHTS:
1. *WHO IS THE L.E.A.D MAN?
Leadership, Excellence, Accountability, Discipline - We set the foundation of what a true man should look like.
2. HOW MEN BECOME GREAT
An inspiring session that challenged every boy to think bigger and live with purpose.
3. PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
A practical, hands-on session focused on skills especially Tech Skills. The room was filled with light and excitement!
4. CHARACTER & COMPETENCE
Our speaker left us with a huge assignment: Work on your character and build competence. Because the world needs men who are both.
5. HEALTH TALK: PHYSICAL HYGIENE FOR YOUNG MEN
This session sparked so many questions! We spent over an hour answering real questions about young people’s health.

And yes, we had FUN too!
Dancing, games, music videos, and light refreshments to round up the day.

We didn’t just attend a conference. We were IMPACTED, INSPIRED, AND EQUIPPED.
