Which bad habit are you using to cope with your problems?
Be honest.
Most people are not “lazy” or “undisciplined.” They are coping. Just in ways that quietly damage them over time.
• Constant scrolling instead of facing stress
• Overeating or not eating at all when overwhelmed
• Shutting people out and calling it “peace”
• Working non-stop to avoid thinking
• Telling yourself you’re not enough before anyone else does
These are not personality flaws. They are survival patterns.
But here’s the truth. What helps you escape temporarily can keep you stuck permanently.
Real healing starts when you stop asking, “What’s wrong with me?”
And start asking, “What am I trying not to feel?”
You don’t need better excuses.
You need better coping strategies.
Awareness is the first step. What’s yours?

Happy Easter!
Today, we honor the central pillar of our faith:the bodily Resurrection of Jesus Christ. By His sacrifice, He paid the debt of sin, and by His rising, He shattered the chains of death once and for all. This is more than a historical event; it 's the ultimate victory of the Son of God over every power of darkness. Through Jesus, the grave lost its sting and the cross has become our bridge to eternal life.

It is a sacred reminder that 'cos Jesus lives, we also shall live. No matter how heavy the "stone" in our lives may feel, it was rolled away on that third day by divine power, proving that there is no valley too deep for His grace to reach. As the Gospel declares in Matthew 28:6, *"He is not here; He has risen, just as He said,"and in John 11:25, *"I am the resurrection and the life."*

This powerful truth anchors our souls in Christ alone, offering a peace that surpasses understanding and the strength to walk in faith. Because He is risen, we know that every ending is simply a new beginning.

💚 Today is World Bipolar Day

*The good news:*

✅ Bipolar disorder is treatable
✅ With the right support people can live full, meaningful lives

*But there are challenges:*

🚨 Higher risk of su***de
🚨 Often linked with other health issues
🚨 People may live up to 13 years less on average

*Let’s remember:*

💬 Mental health matters. Support, understanding and access to care can change lives.

Many people living with mood disorders are not “weak,” “lazy,” or “difficult.”
They are fighting battles that are biological, psychological, and deeply human.

It’s not just the act — it’s the trust that was attached to it.
The late-night conversations.
The shared secrets.
The “I’ve got your back” moments.
When that breaks, the wound isn’t just emotional… it shakes your sense of safety.
But here’s the truth:
Your softness was never the problem.
Your ability to trust was never weakness.
It simply means you have a good heart.
Healing doesn’t mean becoming hard.
It means becoming wiser without losing your kindness.
May God not allow us betray or be betrayed.
May we have discernment, peace, and emotionally safe friendships.
Gracious morning 🤍
Have a safe and peaceful weekend.

Today, I’m not just celebrating age.
I’m celebrating survival, progress, lessons, and the strength to keep going.
If you’re reading this, thank you for being part of my journey.
