1. Get CatFish Out Of Water & Put In Bowl.
2. Put Salt Inside Bowl Filled With The Catfishes Inorder To Dehydrate It's Skin, Thereby Killing It.
3. Cut The Middle Of The Fish Inorder To Remove The Offals.
4. Rinse & Clean Catfish With Water.
5. Bend The CatFish In Such A Way The Tail Is Entering The Mouth. This Increases The Rate Of Dehydration In The Oven.
6. Place & Arrange Properly The CatFishes In The Oven.
7. SetUp The fire In The Oven. Once Set, Close Oven Doors.
8. Constantly Check On The CatFishes In The Oven To Make Sure The Heat In The Oven Isn't Too Much.
9. Within 18 - 30 Hours, Depending On The Size Of the CatFish, Numbers Of Catfish in The Oven & Intensity Of Heat In The Oven. The CatFishes Should Be Dry & Ready For Consumption.
