Good day everyone. How is your week going?

ChristieCreams will educate us on some familiar words😁😁☺️☺️

I can't count the number of times I had burns from oven and hot pans. Cut from cake tools and even scald🥺😣😞😞 so let's look at these words. SCALD,BURNS AND CUT😉

SCALD

Scald is a form of thermal burn and is produced by moist heat which may be steam or any hot liquid, such as water, oil or even molten metal. It is typically less severe than burns produced by dry heat. 
Most scalds are considered first- or second-degree burns, but third-degree burns can result, especially with prolonged contact.

BURN
A physical injury caused by heat, cold, electricity, radiation or caustic chemical. Most burns happen accidentally. 

CUT
Cuts are the fresh wounds caused on the body by any sharp objects e.g Knife,broken glass, broken cups,cake tools.
Any cut not treated on time can become skin ulcer or sore and the first treatment to CUT is to prevent loss of blood through bleeding.
