To stick to your habits in 2023, you must stay consistent.
Consistency is crucial when it comes to setting habits.

For example, if you want to start exercising regularly, it is important to choose a specific time and days of the week to exercise and then stick to that schedule.
If you consistently exercise at the same time every week, it will become a habit and you will be more likely to continue it.
Another important aspect of consistency is maintaining the same level of effort.
If you start off strong but then begin to slack off, it will be difficult to maintain the habit.
On the other hand, if you consistently put in the same level of input into something like a personal brand on social media, results will be life changing.
All you have to do is dedicate an hour a day of deep work to your brand to make consistent monthly gains.
