Step 1: Know who they are
Step 2: Find a common ground between you
and them
Example: where are they from? Do you know
someone that is from there too?
Do they have a meal they like that you like
too?
Do they have a common struggle that you
also have? Like losing weight? Making more
money?
Find a common ground
Step 3: Get closer: Get to know more about
what they do and the challenges they are
facing…
Step 4: Without asking them to join your
company, just talk about your company and
what you do to earn and all the people their
lives has been changed
Step 5: Allow them to get excited and sell
themselves to you before you invite them to
join your company…
