POSITION: HR/Admin Officer
LOCATION: Ibadan
One of our partners is currently recruiting for the HR/Admin positions for an agro-allied firm in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria;
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events
- Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic records)
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support recruitment processes, onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support among other responsibilities assigned
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in HR/Admin roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
