One of our partners is currently recruiting for the HR/Admin positions for an agro-allied firm in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria;

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events
- Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic records)
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support recruitment processes, onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support among other responsibilities assigned

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in HR/Admin roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A Business Operations Manager at the agro-based is responsible for managing, monitoring and proffering solutions for the company.
- The Business Operations Manager is responsible for improving Business and operational processes, identifying potential business opportunities, strategic planning and development for the organization.
- Holds the responsibility of negotiating and closing business deals while maintaining
extensive knowledge of current market conditions and putting the CEO in the loop.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Develop and update Operational Policies and Standard Operating Procedures to reflect recent developments.
- Jointly create marketing strategies, including budget planning, and implementation schedules.
- Develop new customers, a rapport with existing customers, and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
- Prioritize and manage company resources in order to meet goals and objectives.
- Produce and continually review SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis to ensure the organization is at a competitive advantage.
- Prepare operational reports and recommend procedures to be used to manage and coordinate various activities.
- Develop successful, high-performance teams through effective training, motivation, and
communication.
