The day I got admission into the university, I was excited.
I was to resume the next day!
I called family members, my friends were congratulating me, everybody was happy.
Then, after all the excitement, one question just entered my head…
“Where am I going to stay? I don’t know anyone in Abeokuta “
😂😂
I’m sure I’m not the only one.
In fact, I think that’s the first question almost every student asks after seeing that admission letter.
The next thing is, “Who knows somebody around the school?”
“Which hostel is good?”
“Is it close to campus?”
“Is the environment safe?”
Before you know it, your parents are making calls, asking questions, looking for recommendations.
Looking back now, I smile because I didn’t know I was experiencing what smart investors pay attention to every day.

Every year, new students gain admission.
Every year, thousands of parents begin searching for accommodation.
Every year, the same question comes up…

“Where will my child stay?”
That problem hasn’t disappeared.
It keeps repeating itself.
And that’s exactly why properties around schools have remained valuable over the years.
Sometimes, the biggest investment opportunities are hidden inside everyday problems that most people overlook.

What was the first thing that came to your mind when you gained admission?
Mine was definitely, “Where am I going to stay?” 😂
