Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a highly organized and efficient Muslim individual to fill the position of Secretary at Lutjad Global Concept. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing valuable administrative support to our company, thereby contributing to the seamless operations of the organization daily

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of secretarial or administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and discretion

Location Requirement:

- Candidate must reside in the Sango-Mokola-UI area

Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- ⁠Saturday 9 am - 3 pm

I said in an article in 2015, that education is different from literacy, they’re not the same. A farmer is educated, that’s why me and you have food to eat, there wouldn’t be furnitures in your homes without the education of that “Karinta” that you dubbed illiterate and unlearned, you can have all the degrees in this world and still be useless if you’re not educated.
Education doesn’t have to be school - going, it can be found anywhere and everywhere.
Lastly, I’ve always said and preach this since 2006, that Nigeria is a country of what you can do for yourself, not what the country can do for you, that’s the order of the world today and that’s why Bill Gate, and many other school drop outs are employers to millions of degree holders of the world today.
