👌 This is where we draw the curtain to our on the BOSSBABY movie. Although there a many lessons to be learnt from the movie experience but you know, all that we have said so far sums it up! Except this:
SMART WORK WITH TEAMS
We can't "stress" this enough: your is a powerful tool. Engage it rightly. In doing so, put your feet to the ground as a reminder that there is a reality check in the world of business.
1. in working with teams, thoroughly enlighten your team about the objectives of the given task at ✋. Help them become more and more aware of how valuable they are to the success of the project.
2. In designing new products, ensure your new designer models are more 'Adorable' than the former. INNOVATION
3. Work with both the strength and weaknesses of your team members. The weakness of a member might be the strength you will need in the nearest future.
4. You are your major competition. To remain ahead of yourself, your team must be in sync with your goals and objectives in the case when you loose site for the price.
5. Spoken and unspoken Feedback and reports are like cash flow to a business plan. It's your life. Demand it, delegate it, instruct it.
6. Show every team member where the bulk of their work begins and where it stops for the sake of accountability.
7. When you treat your team right, they will protect you with their all. Be wise!
8. To succeed as a team, put your differences aside and focus on where the goal is taking you to. Let those who can DO and let those who can't, supervise. But everyone must be involved doing something.
9. When you smash those goals, give every team member credit for success. It strengthens their resolve to do more.
As not to "put babies out of business baby! Keep searching, keep researching, keep learning, keep doing something everyday to move your business from where it is to where it should be.
