Say NO to “Exam Assistance” - Let’s Build Real Success! 🚫📚

One big reason students in Nigeria aren’t preparing properly for external exams is the growing “assistance” trend. Even though education authorities disapprove, it’s spreading fast - making more students depend on shortcuts instead of real effort. This unfairly hurts the diligent students thereby making exams less credible.
I’m proud to say I’ve never benefited from such help as a student, and I believe teachers shouldn’t assist during exams.
These tests should measure what students truly know, not what teachers can do for them.
What’s worse is when superiors pressure you to help, just to boost school results. Aye n yi, a n to. But honestly, why should I help after teaching my students well? Oro yii gba agbeyewo ati ironu but unfortunately, he who pays the piper calls the tune.

Let’s stand up for fairness - say NO to exam malpractice and YES to real learning!

When you join a queue to take turn for something, are you on the queue or in the queue?
Well, many people say they are on the queue. That's very wrong. The appropriate preposition to use is 'in'.

Examples:
1a. We waited on the ticket queue.❌

I had to leave the flat to clear my head. My mouth tasted of palm oil. I couldn’t swallow my condom; it was the size of my thumb and as hard as a bone. What used to be my throat was now a pipe, my intestines were a drain and my stomach had become an empty portmanteau. It was as though every possible emotion had charged at me and left me flattened.
