WAYS YOU'RE SABOTAGING YOUR GARMENTS WITHOUT KNOWING IT.

No one likes it when colors fade, even though fabric wears out with time and hems come undone. There are couple of things we do or fail to do that makes our fabrics easily worn out.

> Not letting your clothes air out to breathe at least 30mins before storing them in the closet is one sure way of sabotaging clothes.

> Sunlight can fade the colors on your clothes just like it does drapes.
It is preferred to air dry so as to preserve the colors of your garments.

>Be careful with lotions and sunscreen as it can fade or stain your clothes. Spray perfume and hairspray on before you get dressed. The alcohol in the spray can fade, discolor or stain clothes.

> Storing your clothes with untreated food or beverage stains for a long time, can attract insects! Which can damage the clothes.

> Hanging wet or damp clothes in your closet can attract mildew. This is a serious sabotage to your clothes for some mildew don't get remove even with the strongest chemicals.

>Never store clothes in plastic bags. It can trap in humidity that attracts mildew. Use breathable cotton sheets or bags. (Perforated laundry basket)

TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR
HAPPINESS

There is no one ‘key’ to achieving happiness. Like everything else in life, achieving happiness requires a multitude of ingredients. One of the most important ingredients is inner peace, which allows for contentment. Another is love — both having people who love you and, more importantly, having people that you love.

However, what most people overlook entirely is what plays a critical role. It’s fine to have all the ingredients necessary for happiness, but it is the oven you bake those ingredients in that matters just as much. Your surroundings — your environment — impact you more than you may realize.

The environment you allow yourself to be exposed to tends to influence you so subtly that its effects on you may seem as if to arise from some unknown, invisible source. The source is not invisible; on the contrary, it is very conspicuous — it is everything that you see, hear, smell, taste and feel around you.

Our surroundings affect us on a profound level. The negative effects that the seemingly unimportant may have on our psyche, our outlook on life and our mood is rather surprising. Take for example your place of residency: is it simply a place where you store your stuff and sleep — if only occasionally? Or is it a place you call home?

The difference may seem to be nothing more than a difference in meaning, but the way that we experience the places that we spend the most time frequenting do influence us. Many a time it is difficult to pinpoint the effects or even the cause

I do know for a fact that other, subtler factors in our environment do have an impact on the way that we feel. The colors of our walls, the colors and patterns of our furniture, the smell in the air, the lack of or the buildup of dust, all affects us; the issue is that this impact usually is not felt for an extended period of time post-exposure.

Even then, we often will find ourselves unhappy and not understanding why — tending to point our fingers at everything but the surroundings we have placed ourselves in.

When our minds are overwhelmed by what life throws our way, we can find ourselves in desperate need of calming — our environment can be a haven away from our own inner workings. If we cannot find peace from within us, our only option is to look outside of us for answers, for direction and for peace. Imagine yourself coming home from a very bad day.

Things just didn’t go right; you were late for work, your boss gave you s**t for a bunch of projects that you were slacking on, your friends has been distant and your husband or wife weren't available to console you. Now you are finally able to go home — go to your safe haven. What will give you more peace? A clean, neat, refreshing-smelling apartment or a s**thole that looks a lot worse than your college dorm ever did?

Our homes play a larger role than simply being a place where we can escape all the negativity the world is throwing our way. In fact, it can work in one of two ways: your home can function as a place that allows you to keep your cool and alleviate your stress, or it can work as a catalyst for it.

This goes for more than just your home — it goes for everything and anything that you surround yourself with. The city you live in.Your friends and your family. Everything and everyone that we come into contact with affects us in one way or another — regardless of whether or not we are conscious of the effect.

CLEANLINESS IS NEXT TO GODLINESS
Why is cleanliness next to Godliness? Is there some deeper truth in this or is this just what our mother would say to get us to clean our room?

Everything in this Universe vibrates at a certain frequency, and I mean everything. Every thought, every speck of dust, every piece of clothing, every tiny grain of bacteria and every item in your space has a vibration that emits a frequency.

Take a moment to look around the space that you are in. Every object has an energy and just the same, every thought or every word ever spoken in that space also has an energy. This can be a lot of energy, especially when you are in a cluttered space or in a space with lots of people or things.

It seems only natural then, that energy can build up in a space over time and create a certain feeling in the air.

We have all felt the distinct difference between taking a walk through environment where the air is very clean and pure, compared to taking a walk through a shopping mall where there is a lot of clutter and stagnant energy.

Cleanliness is not just about germs and putting everything in its place, cleanliness is also about being energetically clean. When your space is cluttered and full of negative or stagnant energy, it pushes you out of alignment.

Just the same, when you are in a place that is energetically clean it pushes you in alignment with your soul, which is the same as Godliness.

We all know how to physically clean our environment (sweeping, raking, cobwebbing etc), while that is very important, it is also important to know how to energetically clean your space,( study your environment, and know the one that inspires you positively or the one that drains your energy).

If you have successfully done and study the above exercise, you will agree with me that cultivating the habit of having and staying in a clean environment can not be overemphasize.

When your environment is clear and clean, it naturally lifts your vibration, which allows you to feel motivated, inspired and creative. A clean environment can also heighten your intuition and psychic perception.

For you to stay motivated, energetic and productive this year and beyond, cultivate the habit and culture of cleanliness.
You can always get help for a token if your schedule won't allow you. STAY CLEAN,GET ENERGY.
