Attached photos is a flooded main road , oke-ofa, magboro along Lagos/Ibadan expressway. Is unpassable except by emergency canoes and risk of big vehicles. I saw okada and passengers thrown into the water. According to the residents is a recurring issue. This environment is
under obafemi owode local government collecting revenues but ignore their main duties of attending to drainages.
