- Agency to include representing the organisation in any assignment or activity, involving, and not restricted to, Federal Inland and State Internal Revenue Services of: filing Value Added Tax (VAT) Returns; filling Annual Report; Obtaining Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC), as well as, eTCC for individuals; filing and follow up on Withholding Tax (WHT) certificate(s) regarding tax deducted at source.
- Registration of business, as well as, incorporation of company. We provide post incorporation services like: amendment to directorship; change of registered address; amendment of business objective; obtaining certified true copy of documents filed with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and others.
