I know it looks good to be fat and plump to see your money on you but

You will hardly see looking-healthy fat old man and woman.

So, if you can make sure you diet as you age... Please, do;

And taking light food as your supper as you age is the first step.

This does not assure longevity

But from what I have observed... Slim people enjoy their old age more.

We have been using Indomine Clap all this while just a way I met those schools I had worked with do but today I invented Paradigm Clap.

You want to know how that came into existence?

Some pupils were given perfect posts (expect their faces soon) in a way of preparing them for LEADERSHIP. After announcing their names and the posts.

I needed other pupils to applaud them. They clapped Indomine Clap. After that an inspiration came to form our own clap named Paradigm Clap.

Then it was birthed.
