We are pleased to share highlights from the first Financial Literacy Training conducted for Ijebu Business School. Olaitan Olumide
The training equipped participants with essential financial literacy knowledge and strengthened our capacity to effectively communicate financial concepts within our community.
To ensure active participation and impactful learning, the session incorporated various learner-centered approaches, including:
• Kinesthetic learning through practical activities and exercises
• Visual learning using charts, images, and demonstrations
• Audio-visual learning supported by guided explanations and multimedia tools
These methods enhanced engagement, encouraged participation, and improved the overall learning experience for attendees.
We are pleased to see participants respond positively, actively engage throughout the sessions, and show increased confidence in applying the knowledge gained.
The training was initiated under the SEDIN SA Programme, supported by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
