• Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft word, Powerpoint and Excel
• Details oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

• Superior organizational skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner

• Ability to work independently
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Attend to Clients as the first contact at the office
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
• Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
• Perform data entry and scan documents
• Manage calendar for Managing Director
• Assist in resolving any administrative problems
• Run company’s errands to make enquiries and other assignments
• Make and receive calls for the company
• prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
• maintain office supplies for department
