THIS IS A LONG READ BUT I HOPE IT BLESSES YOU! 😀🙏
The fundamental fact of existence is that this trust in God, this faith, is the firm foundation under everything that makes life worth living. It’s our handle on what we can’t see. The act of faith is what distinguished our ancestors, set them above the crowd.
Hebrew 11:1-2 MSG

Recently, I understood the distinguishing difference between natural faith and bible faith.

Natural faith is sitting on a chair when you know it has two legs and you just believe it cannot make you fall.
Bible faith is when you see that the chairs do not have legs yet God told you to sit and you did; believing that you cannot fall based on His Word.

What Peter did when He walked on water was Bible Faith. Naturally it wasn’t possible to walk on water but because Jesus told him to come, He did!!!

Faith is believing what God has said to you through His Prophets or in His Word whether the situation around you looks like it or not.
You just have this strong belief that since God has it, then it will happen!

But then , I know it’s easier said than done right?😂
I know this well because I have been there and I am still working on my faith also😀.

One effective way to build your faith is to constantly feed your mind on the Word of God!
📍Make it a point of duty to study the Word daily. It fuels your faith.
📍 Consistently and continuously listen to messages from your Pastor.
Personally, I make it a point of duty to listen to atleast one message from my Pastor daily. It isn’t easy to stay consistent but God is helping me😀.

Long story short, if you can stay rooted on the Word, your faith will begin to build more and more and your confidence in your faith grows more which significantly impacts your reaction to the different storms of life.

Often times, we get carried away with what we want and forget that God cannot mismanage our lives!

It might look good to us but God sure knows it’s not the best for us!

So we must learn to trust His judgement and let Him do His work in us😀
