Today we met a lead (Potential client) who was interested in our business but was so curious about the meaning of our business name.
He said, "I am very much willing to patronize your services but first I would like to understand what your company name means. What is WECON® and how did you get that?"
We have had this question time and over, so he isn't the first person to ask hence, our decision to share it here.
Our name is an abridge of two different words - WE and CONQUER, which together forms "We Conquer.
WE CONQUER literally stands for teamwork and unity in diversity.
It reminds us the fact that in our diversity, unique strengths and potentials, we are still equal and the same.
Wecon® accepts our individual strengths, Power, Knowledge, Professionalism, Value, Integrity, Creativity, Determinations to see our desires through, etc
Upon all these, WECON® believes that we will achieve everything we desire if we harness our potentials and pull our resources and individual strengths together through teamwork.
So we believe in Diversity and Equity. We believe in inclusion with a sense of belonging.
We operate a DEIB environment where everyone's opinion, creativity, diversity, religious beliefs, background, race, preferences are respected though we are work in progress.
At Wecon Consulting Ltd we treat everyone as we would loved to be treated. So wecon means "we as I".
We call and treat our customers or clients as "Partners" because that is who they are.
We believe that all "our partners" are in different journeys and in thier journey to become, they should not toil alone.
When they toil alone they can only win few based on their capacity, but when we work together, we win more or conquer.
So we believe that as an individual you can only win, but as a team, we can conquer. Thus, we say "I win" but "we conquer" ie;

We = Conquer
We conquer any industry or business of choice through our core values which is summarized in an acronym PIVOTS (meaning later).
Do you want to become a market leader in your industry? Do you want to build a successful business that transcends generations? You can't achieve it alone.
You can only win contracts that can only sustain a life, but if you want a successful business that outlive a lifetime, come let's work with you, for I win but we conquer.
