We are a Catering Services Company, located in GRA Ikeja Lagos, custodians of innovative, exceptional quality and impeccable services in the Catering & Hospitality industry. We are recruiting for the following role:
*Job Title: Banquet/Operations Officer*
*VENUE:* 91 Oduduwa Crescent, GRA Lagos
*DATE:* Thursday 15th of January 2026
*TIME:* 10:00am prompt
*BENEFITS:* Salary+Feeding+Medicals.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Assist in coordinating and overseeing banquet events, ensuring timely setup, service, and breakdown.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to manage event details, including seating arrangements, décor, and equipment.
- Assist with operations planning to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards during event setups.
- Maintain detailed records of event logistics, budgets, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., catering, housekeeping) to deliver smooth and professional events.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed for event setups.
- Assist in training and guiding support staff during events.
*Qualifications:*
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree (BSc/HND) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-5 years of relevant experience in banquet operations, hospitality, or event management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and evenings based on event schedules.
