Tom Peters is arguably one of the most influential management thinkers of the past 43 years and the most famous consultant McKinsey and Co has ever produced. He is cited by Fortune and The Economist Magazines as the "uber-guru of business," He is a Civil Engineering graduate of Cornell, MBA and a Ph.D. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Served in the U.S. Navy from 1966–1970. He was a White House/OMB drug-abuse policy advisor in 1973–1974, and then worked at McKinsey & Co. from 1974–1981, becoming a partner in 1979. He has written 20 books, including the critically acclaimed "In Search of Excellence: Lessons From America's Best-Run Companies.

We are seeking an experienced and professional Finance Manager for one of our clients in the Oil and Gas industry. This role shall be a middle management role reporting directly to the CEO. He will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing strategy
• Using financial modeling to simulate financial scenarios
