Our client, a leading 360° creative media and marketing agency with over 16 years of experience and a portfolio spanning more than 40 brands across Africa, is seeking an experienced and strategic Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) to join its leadership team.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
• 5–7 years’ relevant senior-level experience, preferably at Group level
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting and financial analysis
• Proven experience in group accounting, consolidation and intercompany transactions
• Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in accounting/financial management software and Microsoft Office
• Experience in a creative, advertising, marketing or related agency environment is an added advantage
