The room was ready, and Cohort 6 showed up ready too.

Not just ready to learn, but ready to see differently. From the very first conversation, something shifted. It became clear that HR is not just a department, it’s a system of influence.

Yesterday wasn’t about policies or theory. It was about the real work: asking better questions, challenging old thinking, and understanding the why behind what we do every day.

What stood out this time? Every single participant opened up about past experiences that shaped who they are today. Real stories. Real reflection.

And a first for us. Cohort 6 welcomed online participants for the very first time, proof that this shift in thinking travels beyond the room. 🌍
