When our host communities thrive, we thrive.

We are proud to support 96 beneficiaries across Iperindo, Odo-Ijesha and Imogbara through the Segilola Women Initiative Programme (SWIP) and the Segilola Gold Scholarship Programme (SGSP).

Through SWIP, 33 women received business equipment to strengthen their enterprises and create opportunities for sustainable livelihoods, while 63 students received scholarships based on their strong academic performance.

Our commitment also extends to women we have supported in previous years. This year, three SWIP beneficiaries received additional equipment to help expand their businesses and build on the progress they have already made.

Since 2021, SWIP has empowered more than 200 women with practical support to strengthen their livelihoods. Through SWIP and SGSP, we are investing in enterprise, education and opportunity—helping individuals build stronger futures while contributing to the development of our host communities.

Meaningful community impact isn't just about what we give today; it is about creating opportunities that keep making a difference tomorrow.
