Job Title: Customer Service Representative / Front Desk Officer
Industry: Laundry Services
Location: Oko-Oba, Agege, Lagos State
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage front desk operations, customer inquiries, and complaint resolution.
2. Supervise laundry intake, processing, and ensure timely delivery of items.
3. Handle cash transactions, POS operations, and perform daily financial reconciliations.
4. Achieve daily targets for customer satisfaction and revenue.
5. Ensure the front desk and reception area remain clean, organized, and hygienic.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of SSCE/OND/HND in a relevant field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in laundry operations or a customer-facing role.
3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
4. Knowledge of garment care, fabric types, and laundry processes.
